Beautiful pool,close to eatery

Upon arrival, the front desk attendee was curt and difficult to engage. The staff was distracted by their cell phone until prompted and responded with short comments. The hotel was far more unclean than presented by the photos and reviews. Ultimately we left the property and stayed elsewhere. Highly discourage making a reservation due to unprofessional staff and general misrepresentation of the hotel .

Do NOT stay here. Non-smoking rooms smell awful, sheets are dirty and stained. The floor has not been cleaned, the staff is rude, our hot water did not work and our bathroom door did not even shut. Do not waste your money.

The first room smelled of smoke terribly. Staff was super nice and changed the room for us. 2nd room smelt better, but overall condition was just not good. Would not stay again.

The room was extremely outdated. The floor looked dirty, parts of the baseboards were coming off the wall in the bathroom. Very outdated furniture, and the dressers had a very musty smell to them. The front desk staff barely spoke to you and acted as if you were bothering them simply by being there

Poor service, no parking access to back side rooms, ice machine not working, smoking room with no ashtrays, hard bed, very noisy, and parking lot had vagrants walking around

Definitely not what the pictures look Like. Was a bit noisy. Dogs barking. Babies crying. Music playing loud wasn’t a Terrible experience but I won’t Book another room there in the future

Would not stay here holes in sheets and roaches all over the place

They have a different photo of the room and when you arrived the real thing is other. The smell of marihuana goes inside of your room if the neighbors are smoking . Looks really old place needs some work.

Room was smokey, burn holes in covers, this was suppose to be a non smoking room. Misleading pictures on website.

stay away! This hotel is a scam. The pictures on the website aren't even the same hotel. The hotel is beyond disgusting and unsafe. They knowingly tried giving me a smoking room despite my requesting a non-smoking room. When I refused the room, they refused to accomodate me.

The place was absolutely horrible and disgusting. They wouldn’t give me a refund. I couldn’t even get clean sheets. There was poop stain, blood stains other kinds of stains all over the sheets and blanket. The towels were dirty. The lady was very rude and hateful and just talked about me in front of me with another worker. She wouldn’t even give me her name. She said it was none of my business.

It was nice but customer service was terrible co workers got smart

I was umpiring at Preston Hood Sports Complex and it was great for overnight instead of driving two hours home and two hours back the next morning. Great for my needs!

Good value for the location

The room was ok but the beds had spots on the covers and pillows. The bathroom was very small and the fan didn't work so a hot shower really was like a sauna steam room, however we did get to take our pet and was only charged 20 each. The best Beach experience would be in Destin!!! About a 30 minute drive.

I’m very upset about my stay with this hotel. I manage my own hotel and I would never treat my guest the way we were treated I traveled here all the way from Michigan. Not to mention I asked the front desk agent to please check my water as the hot water did not work we all went to the beach and gave front desk permission to go in and fix it while I was out I came back and we still had to take freezing cold showers not to mention the phone did not work in the room so I had to call front desk with my phone and no luck with anyone answering. A front desk agent told me she would make a call to get my room water checked out and I am very upset about stay I would never stay here again
