Old World style, service and sheer class make this the ideal location in Venice IMO. Pay the small amount extra to have a view of the Basilica and Piazza out your window, plus it's right outside the hotel entrance - incredibly convenient. The concierge/desk staff made the visit even better with grace and helpful attitude. A cliche, but they truly do make one feel like family and want visitors to have their best experience possible. The breakfast was also superb but the staff, the location and the classic furnishings make this our new favorite hotel in all of Italy. Fantastico!

Proximity to st. Marks square.

Hotel is convenient to St Mark’s square. Not easy to get to with luggage. Staff is friendly. Rooms are not equipped with modern amenities(phone chargers by bedside)

Hotel has exclusive location. Staff is friendly, breakfast is very good, rooms are clean and have good size, showers are great, beds are good. Noice was acceptable for sleep right of San Mark square.
