After reading several positive reviews, my husband and I were hopeful this would be a great weekend getaway spot. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the expectations. Our room had hair in the shower upon arrival, the air conditioner rattled loudly all night, and we could clearly hear the guests in the room next to us. Morning wasn’t any better—housekeeping was extremely loud, with doors constantly slamming early in the day. We also attempted to enjoy a drink at the bar, but after sitting for ten minutes without being acknowledged by staff, we left and went elsewhere. At checkout, I wasn’t given a receipt due to a printer issue and still haven’t received it via email. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and we won’t be returning.

Staff was kind and accommodating. However, room was not ready and it took over 1hr to check in and receive our room.

Staff was great. Convenient location. Bathroom lighting in 130 is lacking over the mirror. No fan in bathroom isn’t helpful. Room temperature & humidity were somewhat uncomfortable for a day that only topped at 80 degrees. Our executive room “with a view” overlooked the HVAC units.

All staff were extremely professional and helped with anything I needed. The food at the bar was great as well. The rooms are clean but do need updating. (AC vent leaked on floor and kept me awake all night due to dripping.) I did NOT call maintenance to fix it BUT it was evident that it had been doing it over a period of time looking at the floor underneath it.

First hotel I've been to without a microwave or fridge in room but after asking I was provided with both. First room was hot because air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the patio door was almost impossible to get out of but again after asking for a room change I 8 was able to the next day. Everyone I encountered staff wise were very friendly and helpful so thanks to everyone there!!

The staff is lovely and the neighborhood the hotel is located is very charming, can't believe it was only 15 minutes from downtown. The staff was absolutely amazing and the $9 breakfast voucher is the best purchase I have made in a while...soooo much food and selection for the money! The restaurant and bar are located right in the lobby and the service was amazing. The only issue I had actually had more to do with Hotels.com labeling the room I reserved as a "balcony room", but the actual hotel only has the option labeled "room with a view" which can mean a patio or balcony with a view of the pool. The only room they had by the time we arrived was on the first floor, which I typically don't prefer, but honestly, the view of the pool at night was so relaxing and we got to just walk outside and enjoy it, so it worked out better :)

Close to friends and restaurants while visiting. Didn't like that my key card wouldn't work and didn't like that the second night, guests stayed next door and it felt like they were in my room.

It had the potential to be a great place, but the furniture was warn and tired looking. The closet in my room had no ceiling in it and I could see all of the mechanical equipment and studs in the wall. It was very unsettling feeling.

No bells and whistles. Nice area, nice room. Within walking distance to restaurants and stores. It did not have a mini fridge and that was disappointing. Never found an ice machine on our floor. So do not bring left overs back to your room. The bar and restaurant was nice and the food was great. Check in was a bit chaotic.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I during our trip to the home opener for the Braves. Though we did not utilize the complimentary shuttle, it was a nice option to have. The breakfast was great. The water pressure was phenomenal. We will be staying there again!

Great concept but doesn’t work. Manager assigned us a room that was occupied. Would have really been an issue if when I opened the door, they had been there. His answer was sometimes that happens, here are 2 free coupons for breakfast. So understaffed that morning, couldn’t get waited on. Free shuttle to the Braves game that is advertised gets you there but after missing the last inning of the game to make sure we were there in time to get back, there were so many people we couldn’t get on. We were given vouchers for an Uber and told we would be reimbursed……we got $5.00 off per room….we paid $110.00 to get back. Hard weekend for our family!
