Place was exactly what we needed.

With pool, hot tub, gym and indoor pickle ball and floor hockey this is a family favorite. The wallpaper and fixtures are outdated, but enough so to be entertaining. Wonderful staff.

The room was clean. However, a couple of bathroom floor tiles were cracked/chipped. There were no info guides in the room to indicate how to use the tv, pool hours, location of vending/ice machines etc. The soft drink vending machine was inoperable for the 3 days we were there ... always sold out and no effort to restock it. As mentioned, the tv was frustrating to use. There was no channel guide and it turned out very little selection.

Nice room

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a Denny's Restaurant attached as well as a pub. Front desk staff friendly. Would stay there again.

Decent for the money, pretty loud can hear everything. Touch of mold in the bathroom.

Front desk gave us keys that didn’t work. Poor lighting everywhere. Dirty room (mouldy shower). Loud fans in the pool - not enough towels at the pool. Poor servíce in the pub - left. Housekeeping knocking before checkout with a DND sign up.

Property is fine for the price. I had trouble sleeping in my room as the air conditioner had to stay on and it was noisy. Upgrade that to a silent one?

The front desk clerks were not that accommodating for asks like: water Kettles and Porcelain mugs for coffee in rooms…it was like I was bothering them rather then I am a laying guest!

You can't go wrong with this Sandman in Penticton. Having the restaurant (Dennys) and bar on-site was appreciated by us weary travellers. Clean room and friendly helpful staff ensured we would come and stay again.

Staff was great! And excellent location. The room and property overall needs improvement. Exterior enterances (other than main enterance) are unwelcoming. Carpets were warn and soiled, shower temp was hard to adjust and drain was very slow...water backed up into tub which was unpleasant 😞

The property should be levelled...no apparent repairs or renovations since it was built. Carpeting in hallways & in rooms filled with dust...pathetic.

Didn't use the bar and no kitchen included.
