Brilliant location. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff. A great stay in an exceptional town. Loved our stay. Literally a couple if minutes to everything. Superb.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, otherwise it’s quite old, not clean I could even find dust near the bed! AND the service was awful. Also, it’s not quite safe!!!

Our stay at Intercity Hotel Celle was overall pleasant, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. The front desk clerk had trouble finding our reservation and implied we hadn’t made one, even though we had confirmation. It felt frustrating to deal with this at the start of our trip. However, once that was sorted, the rest of the staff were professional and helpful, making the remainder of our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and comfortable, but the initial check-in experience left a lasting negative impression.
