The hotel is very comfy, clean, and spacious, close to the biggest mall in Batangas City.

Old hotel, but I think one of the most decent in the area. My issue though that the CR has bi bidet and shower is old.

Rooms are old, with old smelling carpets, fridges in the room, but empty, not what you expect from that price level. breakfast was poor.

For the price, it is an average hotel, I understand the limited choices for the food but I think they have to brush up on housekeeping. I saw moldy shower doors and dirty carpet. There are traces of water damage on the wall. There are 2 queen beds that can fit 4pax with breakfast and airconditioner and wifi functioning well inside room. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I cannot sleep well during my stay at the hotel because the room is too hot. The air-condition unit requires immediate maintenance or replacement. Lastly, the shower knob is difficult to operate..
