Nice place

Low-key but clean facility plus it's near the airport

Tub/shower wouldn’t drain, noisy, asked for quiet room they put right across from vending, housekeeping had a loud conversation right outside my room really early, room smelled needs updating, carpet was gross, I rarely complain told front desk, they said nothing they could do because I booked with Hotels.com

They kicked us out at 4 in the morning with a 4 year old child for supposedly being loud

Only complaint probably my fault. Previous resident set the alarm for 3 am that woke us up. Should have checked it before going to sleep. Guess it would have been nice to have the cleaning crew delete the alarm set.

The property was nice but our room overlooked the pool area and the patio door didn’t shut right or lock. Thankfully there was a bar to keep the door jammed shut. Traveling with my 2 teenage daughters it made me a bit uneasy.

Beautiful, very clean hotel. The most comfortable beds and pillows!! Pool and especially the jacuzzi, are perfect! Great dining options and a pretty cool bar where you can grab a drink while playing pool! 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning soon!

They forgot to leave a hairdryer in room.

Everything was superb EXCEPT a broken towel holder (was loose on one end & when my wife replaced a towel, it came apart) Not a big deal though! AND great x-fer to airport @ 3:45 AM!

It was fine. Some rooms aren’t accessible without stairs, so bringing bags and cooler wasn’t as easy. It’s kind of a maze in some parts. But the pool and hot tub made up for that!

Check in was an absolute nightmare. Family member had made and paid for reservation earlier in the day. However desk clerk had no knowledge of it and forced us to pay with money we did not have. Could not afford the extra for rollaway bed so one family member had to sleep on the floor. One child highly allergic to mold and bathroom ceiling had mold all over it. The pool and hot tub area were wonderful but the room was small and not worth the money. More like a $49 room at a Budget Inn. Will never return

Had cockroaches don't know how to clean and the courtyard looks nothing like it does in the pictures the rooms are outdated

The hotel was nice just didnt like the chlorine smell when u enter the main lobby area. The gym towels or overly worn out. The staff was real nice and helpful.
