Was not satisfied at all

It was excellent!

Close to airport, has shuttle

Hotel advertising there will be a shuttle every 15 minutes. When I called the property was re assured that shuttle will be there. Waited 40 minutes and finally took a taxi.

Garrett and Mariah are excellent guest services personnel who go above and beyond what one would expect.

Pleasant staff, nice facilities.

Rooms were a little worn down with rist in the the shower. The AC didn't work in the room. I was surprised to see this at a Hilton

Hotel is convenient, no issues w parking or shuttle for getting to airport, staff was kind. Hated the square pillows.

The stay was okay. Hotel staff were nice and friendly. The rooms can use some updating. The bathroom had hair in the showers and on the walls. An indication the bathroom was poorly cleaned.

Check in was easy and quick, great location for immediate airport access which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Negative 10 housekeeping opened our door at 9am with no knock or announcement needless to say my husband was not clothed. We didn’t notify the desk we were checking out early and we were only a one night stay. There was no reason for her impromptu early not announced entry.

Room was dirty and had tons of moisture damage no conditioner or body wash. They coffee in the lobby for $5 a cup..front desk girl wasn’t friendly.

The ac wasnt working properly, had no hot water at 6am one morning, limited parking you had to pay for.

Love the mid century modern vintage but several structural issues: there were cracks under the toilet which was leaking on the floor, cracks in the ceiling, stained furniture. Rooms were mostly quiet and not too much airport noise. Food and service were good, just pricey. Not enough cameras and unlocked outside doors but did not feel unsafe.

Close to the airport was nice. Pay parking overnight was unpleasant.

Staff were really great and the dining and food was also great, but we had a lot of luggage and had to lug it from a far distance at the rear parking through the back entrance due to construction. They could have explained that when we checked in, so we may have unloaded our baggage right away.
