The pool area

Got here early around noon from a 16 hr flight. They didn’t have a room until 03:00 pm , check in was at 4 pm. Anyway nice rooms and clean. I’m happy with the service provided but there’s always room for improvement.

Very clean, great amenities, felt safe and enjoyed the shops nearby.

Needs to be remodeled. Chipped paint, dirty carpet, door to balcony was missing. The pool area felt dirty and the beach was not usable. Excellent location as Ubers were only $5-8.

The Caribe Hilton is an old building (75+ years), so it’s showing its age. Nevertheless, it is super charming! The pool is world class, and the bar/live music was incredible! I am born and raised puertorican, so I am aware of the cultural importance of this hotel. So many puertorican artists have performed here, it is a pinnacle of who’s who when it comes to PR’s artistic heritage. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, however, they’re not pet friendly, and that is a no-no next time I come visit my homeland. All in all, if you want to visit PR, this is the perfect spot to stay at (if you don’t have pets). 10/10

Comfortable beds, house keeping nice

Caribe Hilton is absolutely beautiful. I felt safe during our entire stay. The adult pool was stunning and loved all the amenities available for families. I wish they would pay more attention to the kiddie pool, it appeared to have a lot of scum (probably from sunscreen), just not as clean and clear as the main pool. The resort itself is stunning but some parts look somewhat dated. Overall a great experience, everyone was super friendly.

Check in was a terrible process I was told I would be called when our room was ready. Traveling with two kids and never was called. I had to get back in this long line to find out after over an hour waiting of our room was ready. I was handed keys and that was it no information provided to us. The $100 a day deposit is an over kill for such crappy dirty rooms. We walked into our room with sand and dust everywhere. Food over priced not family oriented for small kids in choices of food. Will not ever stay there again.

The pool was filthy mold around the tiles, excessive sun tan lotion build up on edges of pool, I had to call a worker to clean up the area.

We loved our stay at caribe hilton. Food was good and priced well. The beach was right outside the lobby area where the attendants walking around with drinks and helping with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Loved the large pool area with the swim up bar and kiddy pool. Room was spacious and clean. Worth the visit.

I have not a single issue with the hotel. Everything was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!

love the atmosphere

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton caribe, my visit was short but wonderful. The staff were super helpful they were able to give me an early check in. I am a solo female traveler an in no circumstances did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Just do keep in mind that for every night you are staying it requires $100 deposit but that’s just their policy and understandable. Loved the stay and will definetly come back.

Was a great hotel with bar and swim up bar plenty of restaurants and great cleaning staff. There was a building obstructing the view and they were building a new pool

The property was nice. The bartenders were very inattentive to the black patrons.
