Talked with 3 different receptionist about a package that was delivered(with picture to prove) and each one lied to me about it being there. After 4 days!!!! One of the receptionist asked me 20 different questions and when I told him the contents of the package(work knife) he grabbed the knife I ordered and handed it to me out of delivered package. He went through my mail and then lied to me about it. The struggle to not hurt someone was real there

Do not stay at this hotel there is nothing nice about our stay here. We paid close to 300$ for a kind g room jacuzzi in which the jacuzzi did not work and was broken. Additionally, the electronic appliances specifically the outlets on the walls kept going on and off. Our tv remote did not work and there was no running cold water in the sink. No elevator so you have to also carry your belongings up 3 flights along with 0 amenities.

Bugs , awful experience and the hotel staff had no room to switch me to. I called Expedia and they couldn’t even relocate me.
