It seems so unfair to rate hotels, budget or premier, under the same system of just five starts. For what a room cost here, and for it's location, this hotel easily rates four stars. But that would be a bit optimistic on a grand scale. Where it shined was cost (cheap, for Cancun), location (just 1/4 mile from the ADO bus station, which takes you all over the Yucatan), and patience of the staff. They were always willing to provide useful information. Just don't expect a safe in the room, or fancy furnishings. Even still, the bathroom was just fine, the A/C worked perfectly, and I felt very safe in this location. Note: children are highly welcome here. Enjoy!

El hotel, la atención del personal, los alimentos, me parecieron excelentes; sin embargo la reservación realizada y pagada a través de la aplicación "HOTELS.COM", no apareció en el sistema del hotel. Por lo que tuve que pagar nuevamente mi estancia en el sitio. Ahora estoy en un proceso de aclaración con "HOTELS.COM".

Excellent place ,localisation, very clean, quiet. Met people from all over the world. Great show. I loved the roof top for sunbathing. Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened. There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely.

Within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Pool was small and had debris in it. Hot water is shut off from 12:30pm-7:00pm. No english spoken at fron desk

La ubicacion es muy buena y segura, puedes llegar y salir a casi todos lados desde la zona. Es un hotel que yo elegi por que sali a concer muchos lados y solo lo queria para descansar y dormir. Constanteme se tapaba mi lavabo y se tardaba en ir el agua. Hay muchas mejoras que son faciles de realizar y que creo que dejan una mala impresion. Hay jaladeras de cajones flojas, las cortinas de los baños estan fuera de la regadera y se moja el piso del baño, lamparas con focos caidos que deslumbran. El precio es bueno y era justo lo.que necesitaba.

Cómodo y céntrico lugar. Muy conveniente para tomar transporte sin complicaciones y caminar de noche. El hotel es lindo y sencillo.

Restaurants and ADO bus near

Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

A good hotel that I return to when I need to stay in central cancun. Always clean, good value and good service in both the hotel and the restaurant
