Beautiful hotel with absolutely top-tier staff. Rooms are amazing, impeccably clean and modern. The only complaint that I have is I didn't know companies could make pillows that bad, they feel like a pillowcase filled with about six loose socks. Just a heads up!

Room was clean, however the bathroom had a sliding shower door common with the rest of the room and open to the ceiling so the bathroom wasn’t completely separate from the rest of the room, one could watch tv while soaking in the tub - a bit odd, staff were helpful, the included breakfast was ok.

The first room they put us in had garbage under the bed and used bandaids left in the bathtub. They did upgrade and move us after we complained. Breakfast here is always good, but some non-pork options would be awesome! In the past my experiences have been better. They made it right and I will still stay again.

Clean room, very spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. First time staying there, I will be back.

Breakfast was cold...but the room was very good clean and comfy... pool area could a coat of paint and the steam room was out of order.

The bed was so worn out and soft that we did not sleep. The room was ok but outdated The breakfast was good. We will not stay again.

Was a great stay for the price. No major complaints. I am not a fan of carpet so I would be preferred no carpet but that’s pretty uncommon for hotels

It was gross

Breakfast was decent with a large eating area. Room could use some work as many light bulbs were burnt out. TV was hit and miss with many stations not able to get a consistent signal making it very frustrating to watch a show, hockey game or movie. Front entrance had cars parked in areas clearly marked “No Parking” with no enforcement. Making it difficult to navigate through with luggage. Overall not a bad hotel just needs some improvements.

Breakfast was decent, room was clean. But had a huge mixup with check in - checked me in as someone else and gave us the wrong room and it was a big hassle to change rooms. Ended up having to use the pullout couch and had to wait til 9 PM to get bedding for it, keeping my toddler up way later than usual. Was called down to the desk at almost 10 PM when they realized they messed up at check in, and still was not given the room we originally booked.

Room was nice. Bathroom was too small. Bathtub was uncomfortable and slippery. Common area carpet was very worn and frayed throughout the building. Breakfast buffet had a great selection.

Breakfast menu was good 👍 Kitchen staff was very accommodating Just that some of us don't eat pork sausages or Bacon That was the menu for 3 days However next time please consider other Vegetarian menu's or other Breakfast options

Breakfast was great, but the hotel is a bit shabby. It is quintessential 2000s, dark.

Hotel is in need of some TLC, ripped carpets, peeling paint and broken picture frames. The pool was nice, the sauna was closed. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom, it took 6 hours and 3 phone calls to get it vacuumed.
