Bathroom run down that its complaint. Mold isn’t great to look at

Rooms were run down old and dirty.

The pool water was not so clear it was kind of dirty.

Room was clean but the AC was super loud and the water pipes were also really loud.

View was fantastic and bed was super comfy.

All was good. Renovations underway so no restaurant service other than breakfast.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the cleaning staff neglected to clean our room, and when we tried calling the front desk to request more towels, no one answered (multiple times). We also experienced a day where the shower had no hot water at all. While the accommodations themselves were good, the service and maintenance issues took away from the experience.

It was noisy, I was in the tower building and could hear conversations outside all Friday and Saturday evening. I was opposite the elevator space, and the vent provided constant white noise. The fridge hums so loud that I was on a call, and the other person asked what the noise was...bring earplugs! There are no charging ports - so don't forget your charging blocks! The kitchen is bare minimum, so if you intend to use it to actually prepare food, good luck! Finally, the decor was ok but for a renovated suite, it was shabby and lacked finishing.

Over valued. The doors were falling off the shower just dribbling water , room super small , window only opened to the pool the smell of chlorine from the pool was overwhelming… I’d never stay here again,, especially at that price
