Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years.

Beautiful place with amazing staff!! Loved the private beach and the pool variety. Will definitely be coming back. It is in a gated area which makes it secure and safe but far from vendors and convenience stores.

The best thing about this hotel it's the private Beach and it being Is a quiet hotel. I went on the first week of September and we were probably about 10 people on the beach. Next I will say the pools are very nice they have an infinity Pool. You have to note that this hotel is drive down hill to get to the hotel it's a bit steep and it's not walkable. Unless you want a workout. Because it's located on a hill the hotel rooms are distributed in tears and you have to go down a great number of stairs get to the beach. Not great for people with mobility issues. The restaurants are really nicely located with a beautiful view of the Bay. I will say this was the best choice for me and my mother because of the quiet beach and quiet area. Plus the beach doesn't have strong waves as other beaches in Acapulco like Condesa beach.

El staff parece que está haciendo el favor de atenderte, desde la recepción hasta las camarista, pasando por meseros y barmans. La colcha y una almohada estaban SUCIAS desde el primer día que llegué. El cuarto que me asignaron “de acuerdo a la categoría” que adquirí era el peor de esa categoría. No cabíamos las 3 personas (1 adulto y 2 niños) en la habitación a pesar de que en la reserva claramente decía que era para tres personas. Lo resolvieron mandando una cama extra A MI COSTÓ ($700 x día) y la cama parecía una piedra, mejor dormir en el piso y gratis. El aire acondicionado de los años 60 ruidoso y malo La regadera con nula presión y vieja obviamente La terraza sucia desde que llegué, con basura de otros huéspedes, envolturas, ciagarros, etc NO LO RECOMIENDO, PÉSIMO SERVICIO, MALAS CONDICIONES GENERALES

El hotel bien mantenido, todo impecable, las camas y almohadas de excelente calidad. Nuestra habitación era con vista al mar, una terraza muy cómoda y vista divina.

Dirty room at check in, I paid for stay with breakfast and the waiter limited us to American breakfast when we were told we could choose from the menu freely. At dinner, kids food was spicy, had to return it and they brought it back spicy because the oil had chile. Lounge areas dirty with old glasses and spilled sticky stuff on the floor. Pools with green lime

Some ridiculous policies like no coolers allowed but the staff ready to receive a payment to get around the policies
