No hot water, outdated furniture, rooms are kinda what to be expected cheaper stays look much better in the room than these

When I arrived they asked me for proof of identity(CURP) for my kids it was never stated that I needed that during the reservation. My kids don’t have a CURP since they are not Mexican citizens. They decline to check us in without any proof had I known this I would have brought something but wasn’t aware. Our second part of group was checked in same situation but had no problem checking in. Very inconsistent. Also our group we booked on one reservation 2 rooms and we weren’t even close to gather at all. I asked if we could be on the same floor we were traveling together and would like to be near and the very coldly and bluntly stated they are completely booked and couldn’t accommodate. After check in we went to lunch taco bar and they had 2 choices of meat chorizo and 1 other one option I think chicharrón. And were “out” of the 6 other options. If they know they have people checking in and arriving why wouldn’t they be prepared for people to arrive and eat. I was okay fine it is what it is but then I over heard the server asking for tacos for a guest and the chef making the tacos went off saying damn again that man already came by to get tacos and went off saying bad words referring to the man. My whole group heard it including my kids. It was unacceptable behavior. We didn’t need to hear all that. We were never informed of the daily activities or the children’s club at all and I think my kids would have like to participate in the activities.

The staff was great and very friendly. Beautiful place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but the other meals were so/so. The cocktails weren’t the greatest in my opinion but the service was really excellent. I didn’t try the restaurants on the property but there were a few and others right beside the hotel that we enjoyed. Overall an amazing experience. Would go again for sure.

Beautiful place . We were happy because we had access to a private pool , adults only. But we regret to say that the food was very expensive and not good at all . We had to go out to eat every day . But everything else was good.

Crean rooms. No Washington necedad. Stand Washington so friendo.

Overall good property. Food was ok at best. Buffet did not have much choice. One of the two restaurants you need reservations for kids need to be 14 which feels a bit old. The other was a steakhouse, but steak was not included and you needed to pay extra.

Food was horrendous… thy have elevator jazz music playing while there is house music blasting at the pool and you hear them both together and it’s the worst thing ever

Clean room , easy parking amazing staff very friendly and respectful and fast. We have been visiting las hadas for over 5 years and i see more friendly staff. Love the breakfast options and fiesta Mexicana was so fun. Natalia was very professional and check us in so very fast. Our car guys are so helpful. Wish you guys offer to go bags for breakfast our kid was sick and didn’t get nothing to eat even if we paid the all inclusive. We loved our suit and our room was spotless no complaints at all. I love the new snack options by the pool.

This resort is the perfect one to relax and enjoy the beach, the sun, and everything it offers to its guests.

The pool was everything we expected.

One of a kind architectural gem. Not for everybody ,but i will always remember the fabulous architectural achievement of Jose Luis Ezquerra .it's not slick but tries its best to be so. I've travelled to 102 countries . Meals are not 5 star European standard. But your in Mexico. Why should they be haut cuisine.There is a marina with good dining choices literally attached to the resort. The golf course is expensive relative to its slope score so i did not play this time. 25 minutes walk away is a Walmart Modern Mexico. Will probably return. Manuel is a top class hotel Manager.

The whole stay was amazing !!! Food and accommodations were amazing. But the people were phenomenal especially Javier at the poolside service who went above and beyond everyday!!

A bit dated but clean. Not great if you don't speak spanish as only a handful of staff can speak and understand English. Was told room service was included in our all inclusive to find out later that it wasn't, only 10% discount. Had a suspicious charge on my credit card that i only used once at the front desk during check in and once for room service. Then had a $94 charge on my visa that was not done by me. Beware as i think someone skimmed my card. Had to report it and cancel my card. Food was hit and miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out well done. If the waiter could understand English, it may not have been a problem. Would have given the resort a 4.5 star review if it hadn't been for those things.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean but you can see the age in a lot of the spaces.

Nunca arreglaron el aire scondivionado, y eso que pedimos 2 veces que fueran, avía un ruido ensordecedor cada hora y nunca nos pusieron atención. Cuándo reservé me dijeron una que estaba incluido desayunos y cena y no me lo hicieron válido.

Amazing hotel, the best hotel in all of Manzanillo. The beach is great, amazing food options and the views are breathtaking.

Broken toilet seat, leaking air conditioner and a wedding with loud music until 1 in the morning . Some of the staff were friendly but most were too busy texting to notice us.

We are very happy with this trip. We can't wait to return.
