Strategic location with reasonable rate, the hotel is always busy.

This hotel requires paying £ 50 per day for incidental deposit and they do not accept cash payment so I use Mastercard debit card. I paid £ 200 for a 4 night stay. What a disappointment. Since I checked out April 8, 2018 to this day my money has not been returned to my account. The receptionist said it took 7-10 days for the return. In fact the answer changed again after being confirmed via email. I will not stay here again. Many other hotels with the same price are better quality and do not collect deposits that eventually are not returned.

Great location, right behind Kensington High Street Tube Station and walking distance to the shops and restaurants at High Street Kensington. Nice lobby which has a Starbuck corner, nice bar/lounge and spacious breakfast place. The rooms are of decent size and they are fully functional. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Just 2 things to be improved: the friendliness of the reception staff, and the quality of cleaning of the housekeeping staff.
