My stay was unfortunately impacted by several service issues. Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to locate my reservation, resulting in a delay of approximately 40 minutes before I could access a room. When I was finally given a room and entered, I discovered it had not been properly serviced—the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom sink. After contacting the front desk, I was relocated; however, the replacement room was of noticeably lower quality than what I had originally reserved. Additionally, on my second night, I left the “cleaning requested” sign on my door. When I returned late that evening, around 10:00 p.m., housekeeping was only then arriving to service the room, which was not ideal. Overall, while I had hoped for a more comfortable and seamless experience, these issues significantly affected my stay.

The staff at the hotel was welcoming and helpful. Room size was great. Had dinner once and the food was good.

Breakfast buffet has a great variety of local specialties as well as international food, The green juice tastes like heaven. This hotel is conveniently situated next to Guadalajara exhibition venue. We love staying there and will stay again next time we visit.

Slow draining bathtub that looks from the 90s. The shower head and the shower temp mixer need replacement, took a long time to get hot water. Restroom door was off hinge. The linens were stained. Looked like burnt marks. Definitely below par to other stays. Room 1031

A good hotel and very centric

My stay at Barceló was very good. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the best city in the world, Guadalajara. There are amenities that I could not take advantage of, but I seen the facilities such as the pool and the gym. They were clean and secure. There was one small issue with noisy neighbors but security came and handled the issue very quickly. I would recommend Barceló.
