Went for conference with my wife. Outstanding resort in every way.

Amazing

We were very disappointed with the Andaz on this return visit. Several things were broken in our room including the tv and the electronic blinds. Maintenance was called two times. The location is great but we will not return.

Very beautiful property, didn’t like the stairs leading from the rooms to the beach. My mom had a hard time.

Good stay

NOISY!!!! The hot tub is open 24 hrs, allowing for rowdy and obnoxious behavior in the middle of the night! I complained to staff but they didn't do anything. Our room was directly across from it. Also, a guy above us decides to start cursing and yell at his partner throughout the night!! Domestic abuse? Also complained but they did nothing. The clerk said he will notify security and when I brought it up again the next day and talked to manager, nothing was mentioned to security! A little disappointed in this. Tried to change rooms but we were on our last day. The facility and rooms were great, bathrooms are small. It's nicely equipped with a Nespresso machine and pods and everything you need for morning joe. The lavender lemonade, luaus and bottled water were a nice touch upon arrival. The mandatory valet parking was pretty steep at $50/day. The pools were really nice. Fresh infused water and free sunscreen readily available. We would stay again but we'd make sure we are not across from the pool!

Check in was nonchalant, expected more. Asked several times if i will be texted once room is available, answered me that yes, it will be in a text, with a hint of annoyance, lo and behold, no text, instead received email that room is ready. Surprise! No information what amenities available upon check in, no info where beach snorkel, chairs, kayak are, etc. But then again, this is OUR experience, it may be different from others, i was just maybe expecting more from a high end hotel. Nevertheless, the grounds, our room (ocean view), beach and nature did not disappoint! It was breathtaking! If only the people in it matches the hotel, it would be a little slice of paradise 😉

Everything was wonderful! The property, the staff beach, restaurants, pools were amazing. Expedia on the other hand was horrible! After booking, I hadn’t received an email confirming my trip. After my phone call a few days later, I was informed I had to pay more money because I “was on the pay page too long”. I will never book on Expedia again.

Staff was especially wonderful

The property is stunning, with the landscaping and beach being my favorite parts. The beach is beautiful, and the complimentary chair setup, along with activities like snorkeling and paddleboarding, made for a perfect beach day. The pools are well-kept, though shallow (only about 4 feet deep) and not particularly special beyond the views. Still, I enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing in the hot tub every night. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious shower and soaking tub. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is high praise from a picky sleeper like me. However, there are some issues—like the shower lacking shelves for products and leaking into the bathroom. The doors were also awkward and hard to maneuver. While the soaking tub was a great feature, it took nearly 40 minutes to fill. I felt misled by the promise of "free" mini-fridge snacks and drinks. In reality, this meant one bag of chips (daily) and one canned drink per person. We received cookies on the first day but never again. My only major complaint was the lack of personable service at check-in and check-out, especially considering this was our honeymoon. I expected a bit more acknowledgment. On the food front, the brunch was excellent every time we went, with plenty of delicious options. My favorites were the mochi waffles, crispy potatoes, and made-to-order eggs. However, the Chef’s Table was underwhelming and not worth the price.

Amazing property and definitely worth the stay! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Love the different levels of pool and the beach area. When you walk out to the beach there are staff that help set up chairs and umbrella for you! Such a wonderful time! 😊 thank you again!

We stayed the last two days of our honeymoon at Andaz. We loved it. Arrival was great. Adult pool side first floor Room was spectacular. Restaurants on site were great, and staff were very friendly. Would recommend
