Everything was very clean, nice pool, excellent service and very comfortable beds. Warning, if you drive a truck or SUV, anything over 6 foot tall you will have to use valet parking, which is an added expense. There is a Starbucks on site which was convenient. The bar area is very quiet and a nice place to grab a drink or a meal at the end of the day.

Great location and only took less than 10 minutes to the medical center. Very hospitable.

I needed a place to crash for a night and this was in a convenient location. Beware it will cost you $30 to park and there is no free breakfast. Parking garage is like a maze.

Parking was confusing and they charged me $40 to park outside the front door after sending me on a goose chase to find a parking spot. Staff was not helpful and forced Valet parking!

Nice stay

I was charged for 2 nights, i stayed one and canceled the second night prior to checking in on the 1st night. Still haven't received my refund. Hotels.com & Double Tree provided horrible service!

I arrived at the hotel and my reservation had a mix up, i rebooked my night while standing at the counter & requested cancelation of the next day as i wasn't even going to be in town & my nights were incorrect. I later received a double charge. Both Hotels.com & The Double Tree acted like they couldn't communicate with each other & both kept passing the ball back in forth. Double Tree was basically like next time book direct & hotels.com did not step up to the plate either! If i could give a 0 in the service area that would be deserved. Not that they care, but I wont use either again.

Needs to be remodeled. Not as nice as many other hotels of this chain where I’ve stayed before.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and conveniently located. Having a full Starbucks in the lobby was a major plus. Wifi was spotty and the tv frequently lost its signal. Parking was a challenge. The area in front of the entrance was crammed with cars from the valet making it difficult to get to the entry to the parking garage. The parking garage itself has a very funky and confusing layout.

I love staying at the doubletree for the cookies. I checked in, they say we don’t have any cookies. Check back in the morning, you’ll be good. I come back in the morning, no cookies. Come back at 2pm, no cookies. I feel like you’re not delivering the double tree standard if you’re not even giving people the signature cookie. So it’s a 1 star for me

It was very good, However I was giving given a room with connecting door, which makes me feel insecure. I didn’t have the time or the energy to go back downstairs and ask for a regular room. All else was very good other than the TV not working in the morning, but engineering came over and got some channels to work. It may have been due to a storm occurring overnight.

It was overall a great stay although I got a different room than what I reserved. The staff was pleasant enough that it didn't even matter.

The layout of this hotel is strange due to the parking situation (if you self-park, you have to go up to sets of old escalators to the lobby) but it is close to large office buildings so I get that. I was checking in at the same time as a large school group so it was a bit chaotic but I got the keys to the first room. When I opened the door, I was met with the smell of either strong mold or pot...either way, it was disgusting so I went back to the lobby for a new room. No problem, was given a different room that thankfully, did not have the smell. Pros: Staff was friendly, the free water and cookie, the room was spacious and even with the huge number of school groups, quiet. Although the room was very dusty, it seemed otherwise clean. Cons: VERY dingy...needs serious updating. Peeling paint, stained floors and furniture. Almost everything was outdated. Kind of depressing really. Also, expensive parking ($30 per day per vehicle).
