A very nice hotel for our 2-night stay in Florence.

I have stayed in junior suite and the air conditioner in the night was making water circulating noice which I found very annoying also didn’t think it worked properly. The bed wasn’t comfortable for me. Also Needs touching up with paint in bathroom ceiling and grout. Very long check inn at reception which is also annoying when you are tired. It took around 20min. The hotel price didn’t meet my expectation. Was quite far to walk to main part of old town. I would recommend a taxi especially in late evening.

very good location, quiet but accessible, laundromat and grocery are just 2 blocks away.

Quiet location, close to the bus stop and walking distance from the train. Pillow menu was a nice add. Rooms are outdated and smell of smoke. Housekeeping brought up an air purifier, but only left it in our room for 30 min before needing it elsewhere, so it didn’t really do much.

Chose if based on the location considering I was arriving with a car and dis not want to drive into the middle of the city center

This was my favorite stay in Europe. Stunning, great location. I didn’t want to leave!!

We learned to take T1 tram which takes 2 stops to get to the center where all the shopping, restaurants, and sightseeings located. That wasn’t bad. We are traveling to 5 cities in Italy and already been to 4 of the planned destinations, this hotel was the best so far. Very clean hotel which is very important. Remember to stamp your ticket for the tram in the yellow machine inside the tram, otherwise you’ll get fined.

The staff was exceptional. We spent three weeks in hotels and the front desk staff were the most helpful and engaging we found anywhere. We borrowed bikes to ride on the walls of Lucca—a must, took the train to Pisa and enjoyed our time wandering around Lucca and sampling local cuisine. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations. We also took advantage of the spa and masseuse. She was terrific.

Appreciated the daily housekeeping and attention to detail from the cleaning staff. The front desk told me the amount due for the city tax on the first day and I paid however was made to pay additional when checking out which I found to be very odd. They were unable to provide a reason for the change in amount when my reservation was non-refundable and pre-paid for 4 nights over a month in advance. Air conditioning was okay.

The room is very spacious. Totally enough room to house for two adults & two kids. Would recommend this for a family Front desk staff was more than helpful and just totally awesome

We loved this hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Very convenient location, in terms of proximity to the hotspots in Florence. Far enough away though, to not have to deal with any major hustle and bustle that we would have seen closer to the city center. Service was fantastic, the front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs Breakfast options were top notch, and the bar/restaurant staff was first class all the way. If I had to find something to critique, it would be the shower. The water temperature would "cycle", for lack of a better term..... every 10-15 seconds, you'd get 1-2 seconds of extremely hot water. Truthfully, I'm not even sure what they could even do to fix that. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend.

Great hotel highly recommended!! Just no pool is outside and they charge you for it ! Other than that everything was wonderful !!
