Solid hotel with decent amenities. Room condition a little tired but overall pleased.

I was visiting a patient at UCSD Medical Center and the location was ideal for walking to and from the facility.

For price I expected a microwave and more outlets. Overall not bad just not acceptional considering price. They had brochure on desk describing luxury house costs but none were in room. Bed was very comfortable and towels large plentiful and soft.

It is located quite far from the popular area of La Jolla (about 8 miles). There is plenty of street parking around it. Yet the property charges $50 for parking. I did not use their parking. Told this to the front desk. Yet they charged me for parking. The rooms are decent but dated. The TV in my room was on the side of the bed, not in front. I did not use it. A poor experience for the amount it charges.

Staff are excellent - very friendly. Very busy at bar and at breakfast and could have more staff to handle this.

Overall nice. I didnt like paying for parking. And no where else to park so basically have too pay. I liked it was close to shopping.

No hot tub sad and whoever designed the hotel truly should be fired endless hallways to nothing Besides that golden comfy bed

Great service Although I was disappointed you don’t offer EV charging in your parking structure for your clients.

I reserved a balcony room so that I could enjoy sitting outside with my daughter. The room that I was assigned at check-in had a table, but no chairs. I then had to go back to reception to get another room. Thankfully my new room had chairs, but the television did not work. I've stayed at Marriott hotels many times and never had this type of experience - I expect better. That being said, the Marriott team was professional and helpful.

What a ripoff, and insulting behavior.never in my life I was charged separate parking charges as a paying customer (guest). No mention of this while booking online and at the time of check in I was asked to pay $39 for overnight parking ( my reservation was non refundable). Per night. Also paid for breakfast at the time of online booking. ( no detail mentioned) staff at the breakfast counter treat you like a third class member, loudly shouting, “you can only order one item from the whole menu “ and people around us, looking at us like “poor people, losers”. Only if we knew in advance, would have paid more or declined. ( we actually paid to be insulted). I’ll be repeating this review on all possible forums. I never felt cheated and insulted like this.
