The hotel is very conveniently located, it is kept very clean and the staff were all helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this hotel! Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is wonderful! In the Fiesta Club rooms you receive continental breakfast and in the evening, happy hour and heavy apps! Location is great!!

There was a problem with the plumbing, no water the first day, when the water came back, it was dirty for the rest of the night. The hotel did not offer any discounts or make amends for the issue.

All the restaurants in this hotel were amazing. The food did not lack for flavor. Would recommend to anyone. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The service in the hotel was fantastic. No one was ever rude to us.

Parking is very safe

The room temp was set by the hotel and could not be changed. So, I felt that the room was too warm for the Yucatan. And the water in the shower would not get warm

If your looking for luxury look no further

It is a beautiful building. Our room had a French balcony. Looks like the hotel is very old so rooms are dated and corridors very stark with no art. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. We had a club room so had access to the lounge. Food was plenty but not particularly good. Lots of desserts. There was a coffee maker in the room but we were charged for the coffee capsules we used. This was a surprise for a five star hotel.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was well maintained and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend when visiting Mérida!

Hospitable and friendly staff. Hotel was well situated within the city. Suite was well maintained and stocked. Complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres/drinks were wonderful after a long day of sight- seeing.
