Very noisy. The room windows are not sealed. We could hear outside noises like if the windows were open. Same thing for noise coming from the corridor.

Great location is remarkable. Not far from the train station and the newly renovated Via Roma. Parking is interesting, but with such a great central city location that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception was outstanding - helpful and courteous. Parking was easy, and the attendant very friendly. The room was gorgeous, luxurious and very comfortable. The gym was sufficient. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location very central, 50 meters from Porta Nuova, central train station.

Very centrally located, just opposite the train station and less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to the airport. Easy walk to lots of tourist sites, shops and restaurants. Rooms were lovely and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very efficient. Breakfast buffet has good options. Overall, excellent value for money.
