This was my second stay and my go to in Florence. Lovely hotel and staff and great location. Breakfast is expensive but everything in the core is. Only wish there was a plug by the bed for phone charging. They brought me an extension cord. Will stay again! Grazie.

Everything about the room was fine but the AC didn’t work. Other than that it was fine.

Excellent + Friendly service and very nice breakfast.

Location was a plus, but the room was stuck in the Stone Age with a weird smell 😐. And honestly, the price was steep for what you get. When I brought it up to the receptionist, the 'sorry, can't help' response was a major turn-off. Won't be back 😒

I stayed here based on the reviews I had read and couldn’t have been happier! Staff is attentive and welcoming. The room was cozy and had all amenities I needed. The breakfast was a plus, nothing like starting your day with a cappuccino! Location is amazing, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. Only critique, and it’s a personal one, is the firmness of the bed. I prefer a softer mattress. Nevertheless, I would stay here again!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room and hotel were beautiful. It was the perfect location to be close to everything. I walked every day and felt perfectly safe even after dark. I will definitely be back!

Lovely weekend in Florence for my husband’s birthday. Staff at the hotel were very attentive to him. Good central location and decent breakfast buffet. Room was spacious and a nice large bathroom. Only gripe was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and we do like a cup of tea on waking.

The room was very clean and decorated in an elegant, classic palace style that I really liked. The staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience comfortable and welcoming.

This is an amazing hotel! I've stayed at other properties over the years and this one by far is the best!! It's in the perfect location to see everything. The rooms are very nice. Their cleaning staff are wonderful. Everyone is so cheerful and helpful at the concierge desk. Breakfast is fantastic!! And the happy hour is over the top!! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel my next trip to Firenze!!!

The hotel was great, the family suite was amazing on two levels with an internal staircase, extremely spacious and very beautifully decorated.

Great property conveniently located. We had a family of four and booked the family suite, which included two floors connected by stairs with a king bed on each floor. Check in was easy and the breakfast served in the morning was very good with great service. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Good breakfast options. Can be enhances with better quality bread (sourdough? Wholemeal?) limited egg options. But friendly staff made all the difference. On front desk Silvador, Patrick and Siddeeq were wonderful. And reliable. We came back to the hotel a second time due to the good nature of staff.

Hotel was pretty good, a bit dated with malfunctioning TVs. I was annoyed that the front desk made a big deal about their happy hour and got back early from sightseeing to relax and enjoy the happy hour, only to learn it was unapologetically canceled for some reason. I also complained about the TV not working g and they didn’t understand the problem. I didn’t want to waste any more time explaining.

Staff was very kind and friendly. My only concern which was extremely concerning..was they arranged to clean out their biological box (aka septic) in the middle of the night and I awoke to horrific fumes which was located below my room window.
