The staff are the MVPs of this hotel. Always gracious, kind and polite and very quick to reply to our needs. Also, we really loved our comfortable king-sized bed and the excellent kitchenette. The sofa-bed was acceptable (however, not really very comfortable... but sofa beds rarely are). We loved the extra deep fridge that held a lot of our groceries. The pool is large enough to do laps in, which was excellent, and the steam room was fantastic, nice and hot, just like it should be. Weak points: one of the elevators was under repair during our trip and the other two were very, very slow, so the wait-times were ridiculous. The sauna did not heat up very much and was practically useless, and the hot-tub's jets were extremely weak and ineffective, making the hot-tub just a heated mini-pool, and not actually a relaxing experience. The jets should be turned up WAAAAAY higher. The exercise room is not actually a room. It is more of a small corner in which a bunch of cardio equipment is crammed. There is no place to stretch and lie down to do push-ups or ab exercises and there are no weights or mats. Overall, we loved the place and would recommend this hotel to families who want a comfortable room with a kitchenette and a pool.

This is in an excellent location. We could walk to the many fine restaurants in Yaletown and down to False Creek where we caught a little ferry to Granville Island and other stops. It was a short drive to Stanley Park. The room was wonderful and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We didn’t use the pool but the shops and restaurants along with the sports stadiums being just steps away. I would call this an amazing location

This was a fantastic choice for our family trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; close to many shops, restaurants as well as BC place and Rogers Arena. It’s clean, practical and the kitchenette helps save a few bucks as well. Would stay there again.

The property was exceptional and the location to the downtown core was brilliant. I walked everywhere and always felt safe. The value for the experience was perfectly matched.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosedale On Robson Suite Hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to everything!
