This was a lovely property! The ambiance was nice, the hotel bar area is very cute and breakfast and dinner were very good!

Rooms good size but staff seem disinterested, slow and lack training. Food (dinner and film) was included so I guess cannot expect much.

Malmö is a lovely city and this hotel is perfectly located in its center. My single room was fairly small, but perfectly comfortable with some nice decorative touches. My only minor gripe is that there was no dedicated shower, but a shower attachment over the bath. But overall, an excellent hotel which includes breakfast, fika and dinner!!

Nice hotel, very close to the centre and the park. Very friendly staff.

Our room was on the interior which meant that we had no window to the outside. Normally, this is not a problem for us except that there was no air conditioning to provide cooling. The one evening that we stayed was spent in a temperature that was above our normal so our sleep wasn't as good as expected. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were great and the location is in walking distance to several pedestrian squares for shopping and restaurants.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Due to our flight times we arrived in Malmo early approximately 09:30 am . For a small additional fee (about £10), we were allowed to book in early. The rooms had no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, but they did provide free of charge tea or coffee (or water) and a small snack both mid morning and again in the afternoon. The hotel also provided breakfast and what they called a “light supper” that came with your room booking free of charge. The food was a self service buffet style which allowed guests to eat as much or as little as one desired if they wanted to take advantage of this offer, so you didn’t miss the refreshments being in your room. if you were on a “budget” this would definitely be a bonus! The hotel was central, and all sights and places to visit were in walking distance. Malmo is a quiet and quaint place to visit , and we loved it !

This hotel is the best value for the money I've ever experienced. Included in the price is breakfast and dinner which is certainly enough for me. The first night I skipped dinner at the hotel and went to a Korean restaurant I was dying to try. I was disappointed and the bill was more expensive than one night at the hotel! The dinner is by no means gourmet, but some dishes are delicious. Great kimchi and cole slaw! The rooms, like most places in Sweden, are not air conditioned and there is no ventilation so each room has a fan. Although this is a big negative, the quality of the staff at the desk makes up for any negative experience. Headed by Anna( who is exceptional), the front desk team takes the time to try to please every guest. This is such premium service that I have rarely experienced even at a 5 star hotel. Bravi!!!!!

Loved our stay. Visited Malmo with a friend and both rooms were clean and comfy. The food was great, breakfast, snack and dinner buffet - all included in the price. We're coming back for that alone! Tasty! Location is perfect. Right in the city centre, yet on a quiet street. Not much traffic. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the young blonde fella who checked us in. Such a lovely and helpful character. 5 star service. We spent one evening having a few drinks at the bar, and again, great service. They were both fantastic. We'll be back in Malmo soon and will stay here again for sure. Thanks heaps for the warm hospitality!

Location was fantastic- near Malmo Station. Plenty of local shops nearby- great pastries opposite in convenience store. Easily walkable to all sights from hotel. Rooms are in an old historic building so character and individuality rather than a corporate chain. Breakfast- great choices (scrambled eggs especially yummy). Evening light meal is more than enough- good salad choices, soup was different every night and all really tasty. Hot main course ok ( but no good for vegetarian apart from one night) Reception very friendly. Lovely areas to sit and have a drink. Room was clean and nice decor- exactly as website, bedding spotless and comfortable beds. Bathroom could do with updating , mainly the shower/ bath/screen. Big white fluffy towels and robes supplied. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent. We look forward to the next time.

Directly in the city centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Quite small room. Very good breakfast and evening meal.

Fantastic location. Just a ten minute walk from the station (if that), and around the corner from Lilla Torg. The public areas of the hotel are well kept, modern décor. The rooms are clean; ours was a tad dated (bathroom for example), but some of the furniture was fairly new. Beds are really, really comfortable. The meals did the job; saved us money for the things we wanted to do in Skåne. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Good customer service. Reception staff very good. Great breakfast. Fika and light evening meal very average. The hotel although comfortable could do with a bit of a freshen up.

I loved this hotel. It has a very cozy and charming feel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. They even called me when we checked out because the cleaning service found a bag in our room. Highly recommend

Nice hotel and in a central location. Food was good but often staff had to be asked to refill/replace empty food trays at buffet and waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs one morning.
