Pool not working, remote to tv wasn’t working. Hot water ran out quick.

Reservation was for double beds but we got a king with a couch. When we went to front desk we were told it came to them as a king with sleeper. So, all three of us slept in the one bed because anyone over 10 can’t sleep on those pull out couches and move the next day. They did not have any doubles left. The tv would turn on but the remote only worked the volume and the channel it was on was the Spanish channel. The dispenser in the shower said hand soap and lotion. The air conditioner was really good.

Amazing stuff

I had two lights out when I got to the room my light by the bed went out while I was there. The vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work and somebody stepped on my Apple Watch and broke it and nobody owned it. The person at the desk wouldn’t even talk to me about it wouldn’t even look at. It said they didn’t speak English. I had a horrible experience and I will not be back and I think they charge me for extra day cause I left yesterday and I think they charged me for Saturday.

The house keeprs walked in and didnt even knock on the door first. And that made us very uncomfortable. There wasnt No Water in the room we stayed in. The beds looks like thy were slpet in and they were gross

The staff was terrific and very helpful. Our room was dingy and not quite clean. I've stayed in other Red Roof Inns that were just fine, but this was felt very run down and dirty. I would not stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel the staff was very nice and clean

The staff were GREAT!!!! They had snacks refreshments for people. Quiet place. Did everything they could to make it comfortable for our stay. Airconditioning worked great.

Carnival on one side and sewer plant on the other. Ok inside, but really in need of updating.

Had 2 issues woth the toilet not flushing or overflowing. At time of 1st incident informed the desk that the phone in room did not work. When the 2nd incident occurred still could not use phone on room. Had to find phone number to contact hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom is on need of updates The exterior need some TLC.

The hotel charged us more after had already prepaid 9 months ago. We had to stay no rooms anywhere else cause of race weekend.

It was a nice stay. The place is older, but clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. The staff was nice!

The room was clean.

The check in was easy. The clerk was professional and friendly. My initial thought walking in was, it smells so good coming through the door. Very clean lobby.
