Place is honestly very run down. The free breakfast is by far the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. The windows on a few of the hotel rooms were broken. The AC unit did not work in our room. Smelled moldy in the room. Very disappointed

Underwhelming to say the least. The continental breakfast is basically non existent. They were out of everything and on top of that they were hoarding waffle mix in the back. They would only put 1 container out per day amd it was gone within an hour since they were out of everything else. They even ran out of coffee and the girl working the front desk didnt care one bit. She was more interested in taking selfies behind the counter and not answering the phone as it just rang and rang. The shower was dirty(we opted to not shower while there)ice machines were broke, no food, and no water in the pool. Quite possibly the worst experience at a hotel I’ve had. I would not recommend! If you can still cancel your reservation I recommend doing so and finding somewhere else to stay. I would never stay here again! 0 stars

The front desk reception was amazing.

The maid tried to tell us that we checked out and we had 3 more days. The maids don’t understand English. The bathtub was disgusting. The grounds are not well kept. There are weeds all over.

Building is old. Needs updated! Huge multiple pot holes in street. Check-in was difficult. The lady had a heavy accent and was very hard to understand. Had to drive around several times to find my room because I couldn’t understand her explanation. Room was a little dirty. Stains on carpet. When I pulled down the comforter there was a rather large stain on the sheets from a blue ink pen. The tub floor was stained black fro dirt. Tub was leaking and had a consistent drip the whole time. I didn’t take a shower there because the tub floor grossed me out so much. The hotel is right by the highway making it fairly noisy all the time. This was the worst LaQuinta I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend staying here until they can do some renovations to the place!!!

Not as advertised! Rooms were very dirty, urine and blood stains on mattresses. Doors have been kicked in, toilet did not work, dog hair all over the floor, and dead bugs and qtips behind dresser. We checked out immediately after arrival.

We were given three different rooms and all three of them were completely dirty. First one was full of urine, second one had old food in refrigerator and trash and third smelt like drugs. We didn’t stay there and got a different hotel, and they gave us issues about getting our deposit and refund back. They blamed it on the homeless for it being dirty but no house keeping was being done at all.

The room smelled disgusting like wet clothes and pee. The lack of handicap access also required cancellation and move to different hotel. Other guests had similar poor experience as well

This is more like a single star motel. We arrived midnight, when we checked in, the on-site manager just pointed out in general which direction to go to find our room. There was not even a map offered. It took quite a while for us to find the building (among the few buildings behind the check-in point) and our room. The bathroom is kind of rundown and dirty, needs serious cleaning or remodeling. The sound proof is also really bad, we heard the neighbors talking and kids crying for most of the night. Fortunately it was only one night stay for us. In short, this is not up to La Quinta chain’s standard.

Where do I start? Room smelled of something weird. Beds, lights, fixtures etc need serious attention. The bedding reeked of Clorox. The carpets were gross and dirty we kept our socks on so we didn’t walk barefoot. Found random screws and tacks in the room. When the AC, if you want to call it that, kicked in it smelled like feet and urine. The shower faucet dripped constantly and we had to keep the bathroom door closed so we didn’t hear it. The floor of the shower was so slippery we had to be careful anytime we showered. The pool had a weird oily sheen and it smelled. Outside trash cans were always full. Trash all over the hotel and parking lot. Parking lot has potholes everywhere. We spoke with a Local police officer and she told us there were better hotels up the road. This specific hotel has a safety issue with transients and others hanging around. Couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t get the trip protection. Hotel also wanted a $100 deposit for damages which is ridiculous. Will not stay here ever again. No, I don’t recommend.

Room was incredibly dirty. Food crumbs on the floor. Dog hair everywhere. Stains on the bed and mattress. Musty old urine smell in the room and refrigerator smelled horrendous. Bloody tissue stuffed in my door jam and the lock on my door was wrapped in black duct tape. The door looked like it had been kicked in. Sketchy RV parked in the parking lot right outside my door. Did not feel safe, left writhing 30 mins..still waiting on my refund. I was charged $174 on top of what I paid for the stay. Will not recommend anyone to stay there and will not be back.

Door to room wouldn’t latch unless slammed. Keys kept deactivating. Pool was out of service. Room was missing iron. Blow dryer did not work. Faucet to bath wouldn’t stop dripping

the website did not state that the hotel was a motel. Enter rooms from outside. I did not feel safe.

Pool had a film on top. Bathroom tub was dirty. Bedding had stains.

There was a dead pincher bug on the bed by the pillows. It looked like it could have been planted. I left it in the bathroom on the white shelf.

The outside is very dirty and old. The pool was closed and was the main reason we booked this hotel. The room and libby was clean and updated. The breakfast was the same fir the three days we were there. Was hood but would have been nice to have a little change. we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned ot towels changed and we had to ask desk for toilet paper. Area was ok close to food, shopping, and easy to get where we needed to go.

Bad customer service. Checked in, didn’t greet us. Didn’t explain anything to us. The room smelled horrible like animal or human urine. Phone didn’t work. No room service came to clean. The key wouldn’t work to get in the room. Pool dirty. Overall bad experience
