The room was nice small but ok. No wash cloths. Room was ready when I checked in. Some amenities are different from the US. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Gave an overall rating of 4 due to the location and walk ability to the town center. The A/C was weak and the room was sooo tiny. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Transportation to the port for our cruise was great, clean and on-time.

We opted to stay at NH Ravenna before our cruise. It was close, in a pretty good area and within walking distance to local shops and dining. The rooms are super small but clean. The elevator is large enough for 2 people!!

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. I liked the layout of the rooms, cleanliness, and the bed was comfortable for a good night of rest!

hotel was very convenient to ravenna train station and perfect for night before cruise. walkable to old town.

Staff was able to give suggestions of were to go. The area around the property was a short walk to a very nice plaza with many restaurants. The only minor "complaint" is there was no one to help with luggage.

We picked this hotel as was a short 5 minute walk from the train station. It did not really look like the pictures in the listingband seemed a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable for a night. It is located a short walk to restaurants and sights. Overall, it was fine for a night since we were getting on a cruise ship the next day. They do have a shuttle to the cruise ship terminal for 15 euros per person. The shuttle allowed our friends, who were staying elsewhere, to use it, so we were all able to go to the terminal together.

My mom and I stayed here for a night and the hospitality here was outstanding. Such an amazing, caring,and thoughtful staff. The rooms were very clean. I would stay again! Mother approved 😉

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was red stains on the bed sheets, so we reported it to the front desk and they switched our room to a new one, other then that one issue it was a okay place for 1 or 2 nights max.

Central location close to station and walkable to all the sights. Slow check in as only one member of staff to deal with a queue of arriving guests. My “Superior” room was large (there was an unwanted extra single bed) but dull - all grey with not even one picture. Large wardrobe with few hangers. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Small details undermine the overall experience - curtains that don’t close properly, a shower that leaks, lights on bizarrely configured switches. Breakfast buffet with reasonable choice and coffee from machine.
