Location was perfect, stayed there before and will again.

The lift was not functioning on the last two days of our stay and we have to take stairs up and down the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very convenient and prime location.

Great location, 5 minutes to the main railway station, Lille Europ. Next to a large shopping centre section many restaurants, yet it was very quiet at night. The room is not huge, but all are neatly arranged staff are super kind and friendly.

Staff were really helpful. Room fairly recently renovated by the looks of it. Perfectly adequate. Bed and pillows, bedding very comfortable. Fridge in the room, very quiet. Parking very convenient but a little complicated to get to. Study the rear of the handout before attempting.

We had a great stay. Arrived in the evening on Eurostar. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and into the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Brilliant location , very helpful friendly staff . Hot drink selection could have been better (ie coffee / Tea / milk in room ) mini fridge is a nice touch , but better if cooler .

Chambre très propre. Hôtel bien situé tout près de la gare de trains. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personne ainsi le et poli. Petit bémol: un seul des deux ascenseurs fonctionnait à notre départ.

Douche dont le bouchon ne décollait pas. Lit double qui était en fait deux lits simples qui se séparent beaucoup. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain.

I liked the location and conveniently connected to the shopping mall. I can walk for 5 minutes to catch the train. The room was very comfortable.

Rather tired hotel. Poor mattress. Ok for an overnight train stop but expensive for what it is.

A good location close to the main train stations. Check in was seamless and staff on the desk were friendly. Room was perfectly acceptable at the price point and it worked for our overnight stop over.

excellent stay, its right at a mall so you had shopping right next door, and everything was close by the center all the restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and noce. i loved this place! ill be back for sure

Very convenient location close to everything

Very convenientlocation and Pleasant enough building, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was very noisy from the outside traffic. I would not stay here again even though the staff and bathroom were both great.

I have stayed at this property several time and each time had a good experience. Very close to the international station and town centre, shopping centre. Quiet rooms. Easy check-in & out (even after late arrival). Be aware however that the only hot drink in the room is herbal tea (fine by me as that’s all I drink) mini bar is available (at a cost obviously)…
