Internet didn't work on 4 different services. Called for help, they sent someone up who just disconnected and reconnected repeatedly for 25 minutes as if we didn't know to do that. Eventually I told him it was getting late (12:30am) and I would try again in the morning. Then front desk called me at 1am to suggest I restart my devices, which I had already done several times. Internet never did end up working. Not worth the premium price.
