Everything was perfect!

Uninviting lobby limited channels. House keeping knocking on my door at 7am was very rude. Most of the restaurant were closed. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. There's no fridgerator in the room. Go to Quartz

The tub didnt work water filled up very high and was very dirty

The buffet food option is horrible. There’s limited seats available in the pool area. The walls are very thin. You can hear Kids running around.

Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. Casino was so fun. The views from the restaurant were gorgeous. Highly recommend this place. Used a taxi device to get around. I highly recommended taxi service. The price average between $15-20. Definitely coming back

Always have a good time but this time I did like the main head of security , he was rude and told me I couldn’t eat on the tables beside the reception , I left just because I didn’t want to argue in front of my grandkids , I know I had a pic of the paper were it said I can but I had to look it up in my cell and it was going to take time and I was already upset for his attitude and didn’t want to upscale the situation I also had bad service at the pool they forgot my order and it took another 1hr to get it after I reminded them of it when I got it I got it in parts and ended up eating the soup only bacuase the hamburger was Soo rare that even the bum was saturated in blood they said because the meat was thick if they over cooked it it’s was going to burn from the outside we couldn’t eat that my grandkids were gross out just looking they squished the meat and it was still leaking red blood gross and once again just not to get upset again I just payed for it and left I was again Soo disappointed

We were not content with the place especially since we had to call it in every day for someone to unclog the toilet. The room had a moldy smell and the bed was squeaky. We will not be staying there again. The room needs upgrades.
