Overall pretty good but we did have an issue with the AC

The room was clean … but doors have a lot of finger prints and smudges not clean or sanitized as well all the furniture and a mirror full of prints Grand Hotel is not what it used to be a couple of years ago

Staff was great and check in and check out was smooth. The room ceiling could use some work and there was a noise all night in the corridor, maybe the air filtration or air conditioner. The phone in the room was broken. Had to use cellphone to order room service. But overall it was an average experience. But the staff were great.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00pm they had us waiting after 3pm to check in But Umberto was nice enough to check us in after he saw how frustrated I was already

Was ok except no hot water. Tried to shower at night and in the morning and only cold water. Also they take a deposit at check in but the room service wants money at the room. I dont know what incidental the deposit is for.

Room need update beds were not the best. Front desk guy had a bad attitude making faces. I told him the pictures on the expedia are not the same. He answer that what you get by buying thru expedia. If they dont loke there job is not the guess problem.

Great hotel in TJ, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and clean.

Always clean and comfortable. Great staff. Food is good.

Tv needs to be upgraded
