We originally booked one room with one king bed. However, when we arrived, we were accommodated with two queen beds instead. There was also a fee for early check in but we didn’t get charged. We appreciate these efforts which made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The room was a decent size with a working air conditioner and the bathroom was regular. The fridge and microwave available was also useful. We would like to express our gratitude to Emerald and Suites for their good service. The location is also extremely convenient and easy to get around. Definitely recommend!

The entire room was dirty and in terrible condition. The bathroom had not even been cleaned, and there was feces in the toilet. This is completely unacceptable and unfair. I tried to speak with someone yesterday to resolve the situation, but unfortunately, I received no help at all.

Since the moment we got to the room you can see it that it wasn't cleaned up like it should be specially the bathroom the toilet has stains, like someone used it before.

I stayed there two nights, a day apart the toilet seats are undersized, seriously. They replaced them with a smaller size. If you have to sit your legs are atop the bowl. disgusting I think the city is using the place for housing vagrants, lots of unshowered residents

This place is quite beaten up with lots of deferred maintenance everywhere. It’s not very clean with dirty glass and un vacuumed carpet. The room itself was clean. But the mattress is broken down. There was a bag of trash in the hallway that did not get touched while I was there.

This hotel was a good stop near the airport.

This hotel is super grungy. When pulling a cord from the outlet, the outlet comes out of the wall. When using the taps in the shower, the entire faucet was coming out of the wall I had to keep on pushing it back in. Stained carpets. Tiny towels. Very very loud…seems like a lot of transient people stay here to party. The staff was nice enough and it’s not their fault the place is a dive. Flower beds full of weeds. Cigarette butts all over the ground. The only nice thing was that there was security walking the parking lot. Would not stay here again.

The property itself is dated and dirty, the bathtub has major yellow stains. We checked in very late due to last minute changes in our trip and didn’t bother to ask to see another room. Stains on doors and walls and lamps. Bed was ok. Staff at the front was friendly considering how late we arrived at 11:30. But will not return

Get to my room and it reeks of cigarettes from the previous person. The window was open to try to air it out but blatant smell. I could see what looked like coffee stains on the floor. The bed is a broken spring style that needs to be replaced. You can easily tell what side most people sleep on. The AC was blasting all night and only kept it from being sweltering. All in all not worth the money even at a discount.

An older property that has been somewhat updated. Biggest complaint is that all the USB outlets were dead and bed was soft and lumpy.

By far the worst people and experience I have ever received, the photos being advertised when booking is a photo they took of renovated rooms, they gave us a non-renovated, run down room with the worst bathtub and cleanliness, and yes I’ve provided proof. We weren’t able to shower there because of this filth, we notified the desk as soon as we seen it and asked to change rooms, they said no, the janitor said he will come back to replace the shower head and never did, The front desk at night (bald man) was extremely rude telling me I can leave if I like as they’re selling rooms for $1000 that weekend and the room will be taken instantly! When I checked out I asked to speak to the manager, the front desk said the manager will call “tomorrow” - it’s now been 2 days and not a single call.

Hotel rooms were rough, in need of repairs and updates across the board. Clean, enough, I guess. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

The room is decent but it doesn't seem like it's cleaned well. There are coffee drips on multiple spots, washroom isn't clean at all especially the toilet, and the water in the bath tub drains very slowly.
