Parking was great, providing there wasn't an event going on. It was primary a cultural biased place where we felt out of place. We stayed at the same hotel 3 weeks prior and had a great experience. It wasn't the hotel staff that treated us poorly, but the connected restaurant banquet events next to our room that kept us awake (both nights) throughout the night that made our sleeping schedule very hard. If i am going to spend over $400 for 2 nights in a hotel, i expect that some respect should be given for our commitment of expense and we should not be kept awake due to whatever events they are having in the connecting restaurant. The music was much too loud and we will not be staying there again.

Everything about the property and staff was good, but the mattress was terrible. No one uses metal spring mattresses anymore, if they change the nattress, and increase there pilliws, then I will give 100% to Everything!

My stay herre was enjoyable.

Housekeeping was available only upon request, which was fine. Room missing a few small things you take for granted such as tissue, garbage can only in bathroom. Walls were thin, could hear what the next room was saying practically. Room fairly clean but old. Needs a bit of an update. When my husband checked in, he was pleased to have been offered an upgrade at the same price. He didnt have to ask, it was offered up front. Staff friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever charged me $60 for no reason

i checked in around 18:00 and took some photos of the room show to staff for a small cleaning. Never showed up . Here i can add all photos i took with me. Somehow i wait until morning and give back the key .. Really worst experience it was. They should improve atleast getting one star rivew.

They had a wedding party that went well past curfew on sound violations. Super loud. The bed was very uncomfortable, old spring mattress. Staff was mid level on friendliness. TV barely worked. We left a day early, wouldn’t stay here again.

Still havent recived my deposit back from stay

Ours both rooms had poor cleaning, a lot hair in the bathroom, the bathroom faucet was dirty, under toilet as well, please pay more attention about cleaning. The staff were wonderful.

The room was simple. I had all I needed. The parking wasnt a problem. This was not my first. I expected breakfast like the last time but they no longer serve breakfast. I was fine with that, I had my own. The bed was firm. It wasnt fancy but the sleep was comfortable.

Staff were very friendly. They upgraded us from a single double bed to a two double bed room when we arrived. I just noticed there is a noticeable cigarette smell upon entering the room. I am not sure if it is the actual fragrance of the room they are using or an actual smell residue of cigarette.

Bathroom had no facial tissue or hand towels. Nowhere to hang towels. Room came with kitchenette but no utensils, dish soap, towels. All cupboards and drawers were bare. Upon checking the front desk staff announced my room number to the whole entire lobby. When I mentioned this made me uncomfortable and was a safety concern, the staff simply shrugged and apologized. Hallways smells of cooked cabbage. Room itself had no odour.

Stayed for 2 nights did not even refill toilet paper and room wasnt even clean in between days. Room ok staff ok parking ok.

I was in the room without hair dryer, without hand rails to hang the tower

The property seems to be old and not maintained properly. Felt some odd smell in the common areas.
