Always An Amazing Stay

Staff is very nice and the room was clean and very comfortable!

Friendly and helpful staff. Morning breakfast was very good. We didn’t use pool but had very inviting decor.

Kind of old / dumpy

It was a fun place to stay for a night. The hallway we were in had a weird smell and was being covered up by deodorizer. The rest of the hotel seemed fine. The Splash Zone was fun and clean!

The kids had a blast!

We stayed as a little birthday get away for our 3 year old. He had a blast and didn’t want to leave.

Great place to stay for families! Hotel is a little dated but still clean. Waterpark was crowded in evening and older teens/adults were playing rough with no consideration of young children. The morning hours were much better. Pool opens at 8am and was less crowded and more enjoyable. Take your own towels for the pool. Hotels provides towels at pool but they are tiny and you can’t take from pool area. No elevator so it’s a hike if you’re in second floor.

Our key card had to be reactivated after each use , the front desk attendant said it was from putting it by electronics , I would activate it walk to room and set in on counter than it wouldn’t work again that was very frustrating since we had 2 rooms ,

Had a great 2 night stay. Will definitely be booking another mini vacation in the future

When I was checking in the lady was very rude and basically said that anyone who was not staying in the hotel room was not allowed on the premises and had to leave. So only my daughter from out of town and her boys were allowed to stay we couldn’t visit with them at all.

The hotel rooms were sticky snd dirty. The bed pillows were 20 inch square throw pillows, at best. Room walls ate paper thin so you can hear the people in the rooms next to you and in the hallways. The pool area was extremely filthy. Hair and lint balls could be seen all over the concrete. The portion of the concrete that was painted blue was chipping, leaving blue paint chips on our feet, and all over the pool area. The water was murkey and you could not see the bottom of the pool. In the morning, there were chicken bones and ants all over the concrete in the pool area. I would not recommend this place.

Staying on 2nd floor and loaded up a cart to transport all of our luggage only to be told there was NO elevator?? We had to carry all of our stuff up 2 flights back n forth! The splash park was the size of a normal hotel pool area if not smaller and absolutely NO room to accommodate all the guests that were "swimming" with no break in cowdedness the entire time the pool was open. The family hot tub was murky...yuck. A paper was given to us stating that check out was promptly at 11a and if found in your room after that you'd be charged a $75 fee. Close by restaurants that all closed by 8pm. "Game room" was just that...a room with about 8 games and air hockey table that barely worked. This room wasn't crowded but everything was at least $1 or more to play & no tickets/ prizes.

Breakfast was good, waterpark was fun for the kids and clean, hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly!

Overbooked and VERY dirty. The waterpark was closed twuce during our stay for almost 2 hours due to 2 human waste incidents. The owner stopped us from getting enough towels for our family to use (5). We watched multiple families come in, stay for 20 minutes, and then leave because it was unsafe for their young children to swim due to the overcrowding. $180 down the drain. We had to end up calling the hotel across the street to ask them if we could use their pool for a couple of hours. They kindly did and our children enjoyed it much mo re.We will never stay there again and have been long time customers. Look elsewhere!
