Very nice staff and comfortable room

Delayed check in due to computer issues. Robe and slippers would be a welcome addition. Blow dryer didn’t work. Lobby bar is an awkward layout.

Great location, very clean, good breakfast with lots of choices

A great home from home. Chilled filter water (sparkling and still) available 24 / 7). The bar and lounge on ground floor is nicely divided into bays. Helpful staff at the reception. Many healthy breakfast options. Quiet room, yet hotel is in the heart of the shopping district and plenty of places to eat. Well linked by tram, to airport, main railway station, and the many places of interest. Tourist Information is very close too. Room always beautifully clean, smells fresh.

Small bar and lounge area. Breakfast was good. Same choices everyday though (buffet). Great location, walk to river, shopping etc. Area is extremely lively on Saturday nights. Staff is super friendly.

Great location, really an easy stay, would stay here again

Nice Hotel not luxurious but clean and convenient, staff were nice. Great location after we found it due to being of the main road. No parking at all! We did not have a renta car - so similar to being in NY City walk everywhere and take the tram. Loud noice at night from drunk people in the alley would be my only disappointment.

The hotel is located right across the street from the tram line. Makes getting around very convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast included was a nice amenity. Our room was clean and quiet. It's a short walk into town and to shops and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel.

light switches are absolute chaos what the holy hell, also the shower is absolutely maddening, half covered, half way?! what?! also a fan for the toilet would go a long way. espresso was great

Location within Bordeaux was ideal. The staff were excellent, the lounge area great meeting spot, rooms quiet, clean, and comfortable with lots of room. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for a hotel in Bordeaux. Right off of the Rue St. Catherine. The room was very quiet, didn't hear noise from the street. Staff was great, friendly, helpful. Room was adequate for our needs. Close to tram, all attractions. Only downside was parking was a little far. We had small luggage, so it wasn't a problem, but it is about a 10 minute walk, sometimes over cobblestones. But would highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 2 night stay.

Very nice spot for a couple nights in Bordeaux. Close to many dining and shopping options. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when our travel plans were disrupted by the nationwide strike. With their help we were able to secure alternate transportation. Many thanks!

The staff at this hotel are second to none. The front desk staff are amazing. Location is wonderful. You can walk everywhere. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
