We got there and the air-conditioning wasn’t working. Called down to the front desk they came and looked and said it needed to be reset. We left for four hours came back. It was still hot so we called them again. Another guy came up and looked at it anyhow long story short, terrible night sleep they did bring up a fan, but of course that was loud all night long. I also told them that the phone plug-in wasn’t working. He said they would reimburse me 30% but when they charge over $400 for that room still a rip off.

Decent place

Room was not clean, the couch had stains on it, the lamp shade was gross with huge yellow stains on it, the room had a smell and it just felt dirty all together. The temperature in the room was very warm despite us keeping the curtains closed to maintain coolness and the thermostat never adjusted the temperature when we changed it. Requested pillows for the pull out couch and it took almost an hour for the staff to bring them up to the room. We weren’t able to use the wifi because there was no directions or password with our key cards on how to access it. At check in the front desk associate was only going to give us one key card for 3 people until I requested an extra. We always stay at this hotel and never have any problems so was very disappointed with our experience this time considering how much the rooms cost to stay.

Great hotel for a layover. Service was excellent in the lounge. Food was good. Noise level was very high in the pool area as there was many young kids in the pool really enjoying it. Nice to see them having a blast however it got to be a bit hard to relax and enjoy the bar and the soccer game.

It was clean organized and efficient check in process

A little more maintenance on some of the fixtures is required. Check in only had one person so it took quite some time. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and relatively clean, other than some stains on some of the furniture. I'll stay here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good and tasty, and the room had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is that the housekeeping staff vacuum the room carpet more thoroughly. I noticed a little bit of dirt under the side table when I reached down to pick something up from the carpet. Overall, we had a great stay.

I had be switched rooms as the tv did not work. Not the first time this has happened. Use to stay here all the time every week for 3 plus years. Suddenly all went downhill. I fell in December in lobby and nothing much was done.

This property has potential. The rooms were quite clean, but the carpets in hallways and common spaces need attention.

It was nice and quiet, had a good sleep

The air conditioning in our room was warm damp air it didn't get below 20° in the two full days we were there

It’s getting tired and needs a better housekeeping team. The area around the doors and parking is trashy, dirty and could stand to be weeded. Hallways are dim and carpets dirty. In room coffee stuff is junk.

It was plus 30° outside during my stay and that’s when I found out they don’t actually have A/C the room was almost unbearably hot we had to get two fans from the front desk and even then it didn’t help much other then that nice place
