Helpful staff and clean room awesome job

The breakfast was great and the bacon was nice and crispy, the staff were super friendly

The maids did not understand English and pretended to let you think they did And in meantime second day has no towels Out of soap Near no toilet paper I was told they cannot enter room without occupants???? She took the tip money ans ended up getting nothing Called desk late at night upon return They now aware Next last night room was supplied dull with hotel needs amd room was entered without being occupied Other then that all great 👍

My room had a semi-broken toilet seat and a bedside lamp that wasn't working. I broought this to the attention of the staff at the front, who seemed quite disinterested in following up. No apoloogy, no thanks for bringing forward obvious deficits in my expereince there. No offers to switch rooms either. Quite disappointing.

The hotel and whole experience was amazing. My only complaint is the restaurant. They charged us $27 for fettuccine noodles and white sauce. They classed it as seafood fettuccine even though we didn’t have the seafood.

Always enjoy staying here. Staff is great and always helpful. Snow in the parking lot was a challenge but coming down too fast to keep plowed .

Very cool bar/restaurant in the middle of the retro pool area. Very well kept and clean overall. The rooms have good quality furnishings, beddings and toiletries. Great place to stay!
