Very nice breakfast

Very pleasant clean room, best breakfast I have had at a hotel. Parking had great lighting. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again, recommend. Stayed 2 nights.

Great breakfast

Room was overall clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bathroom was so tiny for 4 people. Otherwise, loved all the space in the Balmoral room. Grateful for the robes. Nice touch!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive to every detail. I casually mentioned through the app that there were only two bathrobes even though there were three of us, and they immediately brought an extra one without me having to follow up. That level of service really stood out. On our last day, they also allowed us to leave our luggage for free so we could stroll around the city comfortably before heading to the ferry. The location is perfect — right in downtown, close to the harbour and many attractions. The only disadvantage was that we can hear people from the other rooms and loud steps and thumps above us, as well as people at the back going to the spa/bath. But overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Did not have time to use pool. Great location downtown. Beds have really good mattress & pillows - so important after a busy day and needing a good sleep. Lovely dining area & choice of food at the buffet. Friendly staff in every area. Would highly recommend!

Great location and hotel

It was good! I did not have time for the hot tub but enjoyed the distance to the city.

The property is well kept and staff friendly. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast included. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and do a great job.

The breakfast was quite good for a free breakfast I would say. Loved the gated underground parking. Staff was great and all very friendly. Parts of our room were a little lack luster (one or two of the hand towels needed a re-fresh, the walls had marks/greasy handprints on them, a bunch of hairs stuck in the fleece blanket covering the sofa bed)

Great location, very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast. The room is little outdated. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Excellent location, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are older, but lots of space even with our 2 queen beds. My only note of concern is that a/c unit was small and older. It worked but we had it on the coolest possible setting and it took a long time to get any relief. Not sure I would be comfortable in the summer…. Also, a gym - even a small one would’ve been great, but not an end factor for us. Underground parking was great, $18 per night. All in all, would stay here again - especially in the cooler months!
