Staff was awesome

Pool was nice, as was the lobby and the restaurant for dinner.

Beautiful property! Local decor and music thrpughout were key reasons I wanted to stay here.

I loved the overall native cultural design elements. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable, everything in the hotel was clean. I recommend changing the carpet in the elevator. The faucet in the shower should be easy to handle. Hand the knob was a little bit difficult to turn. Also the sliding door was difficult to open and close. Our hair dryer wasn't working either. But other than that the beds were comfortable and room was clean. The staff were so nice and the swimming pool area and hot tub were nice and clean as well

The shower knobs we’re tricky to operate in the two rooms we rented—hard for senior citizens to use.

Hotel was not as expected. Very old and outdated. The bar wasn’t even open and nothing about the experience was welcoming

I had a great day had a painted room, which was absolutely beautiful my grand children loved the pool. House keeping out of this world, they are the best. I wish they had more handicap spots. And the only complaint I have is that the sink faucet was very loose. Made me nervous. And I hope they are able to open up the restaurant. I am really looking forward to it on my next stay This hotel really does have the potential for five stars

The front desk staff was very friendly, attentive & helpful. The beds were so comfy. Over all a very comfortable, peaceful & quiet hotel!

The outside look pretty but there was a lot of homeless people around the hotel and it felt unsafe

Very nice and good people

First of all they charged an extra 75 dollars upon arrival which the website says NOTHING about that. the TV had no sound in the first room so they moved us to a second room. The TV in the second room had a very terrible picture. The colors were off. There was no phone in the room no clock. The restaurant wasn't open either days. No breakfast. Apparently they said the extra charges we paid was for amenities but there was ZERO amenities. The overall stay was a big disappointment and a huge waste of money.

Our stay was good, the rooms could use a remodel, but that takes time and money, so we understand. The pool and hot tub need cleaning, my wife was able to write on the pool grime on the wall.

Property didn’t reflect photos. Dated, musty ghost town. Wasn’t horrible enough for us to go somewhere else. Thought we got a great deal on a decent, lively accommodation but I guess got what we paid for. Not sure why I paid an amenity fee for two cheap beers from the front desk; said parking was included but parking didn’t seem to be an exclusive thing that warranted a fee. Bar wasn’t open, hotel was dark and empty. Staff was nice enough. Room was alright. Bed was fine. Shower was awful and carpet surrounding the bathroom was water stained and gross. Seemed like the carpet everywhere was in need of replacement anyway.

The check in was quick and the workers were friendly. Excellent place to stay if you bring your dogs. Will definitely stay there again

The property smelled like mold and had fans blowing over the carpet. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to go downstairs multiple times to get it fixed. Someone had to come open our door with a tool. Someone stopped us in the parking lot asking for money. Very sketchy.

Not much of a “resort” it was clean staff was nice price was great . Just felt old . No hd tv was a trip back to the 90s .

Front desk service were not too nice. I chose this place for the balcony. I was told there were only ground roo.s when I checked in at 5pm.
