Clean hotel Happy hour in the onsite restaurant was nice

The pool / spa area was lovely. Loved the sauna, hot tub, and pool area. It was a nice trip on our road trip.

Driving into the property was a challenge, potholes and garbage. I thought it was closed. Attitude of staff at check-in was condescending and rude. Sent us to a room on the third floor with an elevator that didn't work. Room was not clean, toilet rocked to the point we were concerned about using it. Facility was noisy, we could hear everything in the hallway on our floor and the one above. At checkout the lady was pleasant and professional. If she had checked us in my whole attitude might have been better. Staff is important. I drive through the Soo 4-6 times a year, I thought I was upgrading to the Water Tower but it certainly was not what I expected for the reputation and cost.

The housekeeping staff were outstanding; very professional and accommodating. We had car trouble and had to extend our stay twice. Each time we had to do this the front desk staff worked hard to ensure that we didn't have to change rooms. We would stay here again!

Old and dated. Bathrooms need a major refresh

Great pool, hot tub & sauna. Great on site restaurant. Dated rooms but they were clean and spacious.

The room wasn't ment for a child that' uses wheelchair even though I asked they put us 4th floor carpets terrible tripping over it..next time we'll be staying somewhere esle until it's renovated..period..

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were starting renovations so the hot tub was closed which was disappointing, but not a big problem. The food in the restaurant was very good. Minor complaint: never any sugar/sweetner or creamer with the in-room coffee even though I asked for it a couple of times. Convenient location. We’ll definitely stay there again.

We booked intentionally for the advertised pool amenities...specifically the waterfall wading pool. We stayed a week. First half of the stay, 2/4 pools were closed. When they did open, the wading pool was just that...no waterfall. We were told by staff that "the waterfall hasn't worked in years"...yet images are on their website and all over online when looking up this hotel. The entire reason we went with this hotel vs others we have used before, and enjoyed, was the unique pool setup. We were pretty frustrated. The outside hot tub was nice but it appears it once had a waterfall beside it and a little river running around the courtyard...but it was just stagnant water sitting, at this point. The room wasn't bad, no signs of bugs, and was clean.

One of my favourite places to stay while in Sault Ste Marie. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean.

Staff around the property were excellent. Property was very clean but possibly due with sprucing up. Could only find ice machine on 4th floor. Casey's has great food and prices. Regardless of comments we would return. This was our 3rd visit.

The room was clean, although a bit dated. Several hot tubs were down for repair.

Great stop. Pools and restaurant on site was a bonus. The room was as expected for a good hotel room.

I'll be honest... I was lured by what seemed to be a sweet pool. This was not the case. Just seems like a property that's been let go. Seems like it used to be a premier spot but that's no longer the case. Staff were wonderful!
