The first “ accessible” room I was assigned was far from accessible. There was no room for a wheelchair or mobility aid and the bathtub was completely unusable despite their claim that it was equipped with bars. Indeed it was equipped with lots of handrails but a bar to lift one’s leg high over the bathtub edge ( far higher than just a normal tub) was not at all helpful. They moved me to another room with a walk in shower that was much better but the bed was so high it too would have been unusable by someone who couldn’t climb up!

Great property, great location.

Cons: -Breakfast and parking are not included. -There’s a dangerous broken step leading up to the hot tub and there’s no accessible water near the hot tub unless you go into the workout area. -The showers to wash ourselves with before & after getting into the pool were frigid cold. -They had drones cleaning the windows while we were there and they were very loud. -The smart tv in the room wouldn’t let us cast from our iPad or our phones no matter what we tried. -Room doors are not soft closing so the group of men that were staying near our room kept slamming their doors until 1 am. Pro: -Room was very clean upon entry.

We stay at this hotel often. There has been a steady decline in. How well it’s maintained and monitored. I won’t choose this hotel again unless it’s a last resort until they bring it back up to standard.

Fantastic stay !!! Can't complain about anything !!!

We made this booking through Expedia and received plenty of notifications in advance of our stay about the property. When we arrived after 10:00pm to check in the access for guests was on a busy road and there were homeless folks loitering nearby. As I was in a new city and there was no sign of a concierge or security nearby I chose to just drive around to the hotel parking area since I was travelling alone with my teenage child. Once in the underground parking I found clearly marked signs about how to proceed as a hotel guest. However once we unloaded the car and got to the elevator door we found it to be locked with no notice or explanation of how to proceed. I tried calling the front desk and there was no answer. Rather than put all our luggage back in the car my child and I carried all our luggage up a flight of stairs to the hotel lobby since only the elevator door was locked, not the stairwell door. When we arrived at the front desk a woman who was designated as a supervisor was working alone. I explained what had just happened and she was totally unhelpful leaving our check in experience very unpleasant and beginning our stay negatively. I expected the manager to contact me the following morning and no one did. In the end the parking for this hotel is inaccessible after 10:00pm for guests who require an elevator or have mobility issues.

Amazing stay apart from the experience I had with Wyndham group in general. I wont be offering my business to Wyndham group hotels. Apart from that hotel staff is super friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing.

When they have the included breakfast it is a great deal as it is by far the best included breakfast in Regina.

Will stay again, great staff and nice rooms!

Really enjoyed our stay! Having the underground parking was handy on the rainy day we were there. Room was renovated and clean. Beds were comfy with good pillows. Breakfast was 5 stars! Great selection of foods, all hot and fresh. For sure the best hotel breakfast we've had and we are regularly in hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great overall stay!

We liked our room very much. And love all the work being done on the property. We would love it if there was an included breakfast for all bookings rather than just for a special category. We didn’t get info at the time of booking that there was breakfast available for some bookings.

Great place

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was a nice buffet and included with our stay. The only thing we were a little disappointed in is that the jets don't work in the hot tub. But it is still usable and hot. The pool area is nice but could use a little repairs with tiles. Over all we would book again.

Will definitely be booking here again. Rooms are clean and have good amenities, AC worked well. Breakfast was only included because of the room I got, otherwise it’s a paid buffet. Pool area is amazing, the best I’ve seen for the price! Area in town is good too, lots of restaurants close by and decently clean area but some people loitering outside.

Staff were polite and professional. Breakfast buffet reasonably priced and fresh.
