very noisy in all aeras of the hotel and at all times Attendant servicing the breakfast bar droped food and serving utensils on the floor and placed them back in service

Very nice hotel, close to everything. They had a shuttle service that took you anywhere you wanted in a 3 mile radius. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beds, new clean spacious bathroom, full breakfast and ample staff. Only con is airplane landing route is very close.

Loud guests after typical quiet hours. Difficult for the AC to get the temperature of the room to 68F. Flat pillows and hard bed. Overall clean rooms Great breakfast and selection of food.

The Hampton Inn suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. I especially liked the do-it-yourself waffles. A big hit. Highly recommend them for the price!

We had the best sleep before our big flight and they offer long term parking for 7 days when you stay!

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the airport shuttle service was fast. Perfect for a layover.

An unexpected car accident caused us to stay in Louisville for a couple of days while we situate ourselves. Sunday night check in wasn’t the best. The front desk individual at the time of our arrival wasn’t the friendliest. After mentioning this to the individual the next day she was MUCH more accommodating and expressed more empathy towards our recent family trauma. We have to return to Louisville in a week due to the rental that we have. We will most likely stay at the Hampton Inn again because of the secondary service we received.

The hotel was quite, The lights out side where bright and I felt safe. The room was clean and stocked with clean towels. The gent at the front desk who checked me in was polite and fast. I was in my room in no time.

It was close to the University of Louisville

I didn’t like how quiet time after a certain hour in the evening was not required. We had someone next door who were very loud up until 3/4 AM and front desk just offered new room without addressing issue with the other guest. Even after switching rooms since we were closer to the lobby it was still loud outside our room at night

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel from the time we got off the airplane in the shuttle picked us up. Barry was very knowledgeable of the area when we checked in. The gentleman was super super nice was catering to us. Housekeeping was great highly highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

The pool was not open but the desk clerk did call the Hilton hotel next door to see if we could use their pool. They kept saying for two days their pool was full. Men were drinking alcoholic beverages in the lobby instead of in their rooms. There were several schools staying at the hotel for an Archery tournament. I do
