Good location, breakfast was good, staff services were good. However there were bugs in the room and one light was not working.

The place is nice, clean, friendly front desk staff, breakfast so good , close to the beach

I highly recommend booking at this location. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was very clean and modern. Very clean pool as well. Great breakfast included.

Overall it was nice. Hilton Head is a very nice area. Hotel was a good price for the location.

Very good value, nice staff, close to everything

Not good… Waited quite a while for the desk clerk to finish up with someone on the phone that wanted to argue about a price cut.

Friendly staff

This place is nice & clean. You are welcome here by the beautiful staff they have. While I stayed there they had chocolate chip cookies every night & they tasted so fresh! Their breakfast is fresh & good.

Nice staff. Everything clean. Quiet

Front desk ladies were fantastic. Warm and welcoming. Property was awful. Dirty, smelled and there was a hole in the wall near AC unit.

Several nights I was placed on the first floor next to the laundry area. Employees started coming in early around 7am and it was noisy.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is an older facility. Did not feel freshly clean and the interior of the corridors & room is drab & outdated. Disappointed for a Hampton Inn/Hilton Brand.
