The most frustrating part is that I checked in on July 8; I was required to use my credit card for a $50 room deposit. To date (15 July) this has NOT been credited back to me. I called and was told, "Oh, we'll take care of that." What? Why was it kept? Very bad business.

This property was okay for a quick overnight while traveling. We chose this mainly because they allow dogs. We stayed at this location on the way to our destination and on the return. The first time there was no shampoo or conditioner only lotion.😪 but on our return trip they did have it, so not sure what the difference was. Different housekeepers maybe. Over all it was alright.

We liked how friendly the staff was. Anything we needed they took care of immediately. The on complaint I have is the rooms need updating and new furnishings. They are worn and don’t look that nice.

Host was very pleasant. There is no elevator in the motel; unusual as it has three floors. Reasonably priced for our overnight stay. Walls between rooms allow too much noise from next room. Overall very acceptable.

I stayed at Quality inn Gillette location on my way to Mt Rushmore,the hotel was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options for the amount I've paid . The front desk lady was very helpful and promptly assisted with any requests.

The cable TV was not working. The toilet had a bad flapper valve, and ran consistently. I had to eventually turn off the water supply to the toilet so that we could sleep. The parking lot was littered with food items and trash. This is a solid 2-star facility.

Not really quality inn’s fault but no tv service at all. No coffee cups in room. No warning that there was a $100 deposit on dog. The good was the receptionist who was so kind and polite and helpful.

Staff was difficult. They charge the credit card $100 deposit on arrival. Most hotels just put a hold on. I had to call them several times to credit back the $100 deposit. We had to climb stairs to get to the room. You have to either go downstairs to the first floor or upstairs to the second and third floor. We actually cancelled this hotel for our return trip and even paid more to stay in a different hotel
