Convenient for the centre and main station. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.

The Hotel was conveniently located between the U3 and U2 U-Bahn lines, the room was very clean, and the staff very efficient. By declining house keeping, a voucher is left to claim a drink at the bar, which was very useful.

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.

A hidden gem which is centrally located for shopping, sightseeing etc.

Smallish room with 2 twin beds -- on wheels -- pushed together on wooden floors. Minibar/water was not restocked. Television was not "smart" and only broadcast German stations. Area is very gritty -- not unsafe -- just somewhat "alternative."
