Over all it dirty

Rooms are clean. Beds very comfy would stay again overall.

This property was nothing like the pictures the hallways were very dirty Some of the guest dogs were just peeing wherever it smell of pee in the hallways.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 weeks. The room was cozy and clean. The manager is professional and patient and tge staff is friendly. We had an accessibility room which met our needs adequately. A few hiccups on check in which were fixed by staff. But I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again and recommend.

I was charged for a stay I never completed. Staff said I wouldn’t be billed, but I was. Still waiting on a refund. Very disappointed.

When I arrived the young girl was very in experienced and took me 20mins to check in. Then walking to my room there were strange people wandering the halls. The carpets were dirty and ripped, hall ways had a smoke and weed smell. When I got into my room none of the locks worked on the doors and the sliding door was open with no locks. Felt very unsafe. When I went back to let the girl at the desk know and that I wanted an upper floor room based on my concerns she was annoyed that she had to move me. Same experience in my second room upstairs but at least they had a security latch on the door and I was on the second floor. Would not recommend this place. Very scary and in safe!

Staffs were nice. However the hotel does not have elevator.

I love sonesta overall however this particular location has no microwave in the room no breakfast onsite. No real amenities, and no way to reach the front desk unless you go downstairs.

Very quiet, smooth check in, and the room was clean and well maintained.

The door didn’t lock. The shower handle was broken. No clean air filers. No blow dryer.

Smelled nothing but marijuana the entire night. Asked for towels being it was only set that was dirty and they said they think that’s enough. Hotel wasn’t as bad looking as suspected but terrible people running it

This hotel is horrible! When I received my room (king suite) its smelled so bad. There were fresh cup stains on the tables and cigarette burns on the couch. The couches were filthy and the carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed since the hotel was built. The phone did not work and didn’t even have a wire to plug into it. I was switched to a “clean” room and it smelled even worse than the first room. There was absolutely nothing clean about either rooms. When the front desk was asked about having someone clean the room they said “we don’t have anyone here that’s does that. I was provided fabreeze for the smell which did not work! The hotel felt very unsafe and had random people sitting in the hallways on the floor outside of my room. I was extremely concerned for the safety of my family! They have refused a refund and there is never a manager present to address my concerns. Absolutely NEVER stay in this place. It will leave you traumatized! I drove almost 9 hours for a waste of money and a horrible experience! A refund was the least they could have done! I didn’t stay not one night in this hotel!
