Buy the breakfast when you check in if staying for the weekend. Its delicious! Staff was great at front desk, parking attendants and restaurant. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Had a balcony facing the pool and it looked clean and was told is heated. Facility is a bit outdated, but still nice. There was a wedding when we checked in at 11 pm and it was loud, music went on pass 1 am. AC unit is super noisy, like bumping and grinding noises. But it works. Araiza is an old hotel, but it still a good option to stay.

Was placed in the hotel area that had ongoing construction that started at 8am . Having a 9month old that was an issue but we couldn’t switch rooms. they say it was mentioned after you book the room a portion of a paper that was in the room. Therefore there was nothing they were willing to do ultimately. Never again

Breakfast was exquisite! Service was better during breakfast than during dinner. Dinner buffet was not good. The dinner buffet food was old and the waitresses didn’t know much about wines. I loved the cocktails at the bar and the appetizers. I loved my room! Thank you for giving me a suite for such an Affordable price! Staff was helpful during check out and to secure public transportation. I’d love to stay at Araiza Hotel again soon! Gracias 🙏 Nos vemos pronto. You should provide recycling bins in the rooms if you’re serious about being ecologically responsible. I suggest you provide more water bottles in the rooms.

Rooms need some remodeling and couches and carpet are very dirty in the suites. Front service girl on graveyard was not helpful at all and she was not wearing name tag when I ask her name she hesitate to give me the name of the person in charge or hers, she said if I had any issues people the next morning could help me out. My problem was when we tried to go in the parking lot the guard in charge said he couldn’t let us in because supposedly our room was only registered for one person and it was my wife and myself in the car so we had to go in to front desk to check in for my wife and I was charged 39 dlls for each night I was staying at a suite for the weekend .
