A couple of items were no hand soap in our room and dead batteries I. Tv control but were handled quickly

It was ok the bathrooms from room smell like sewer alot and rooms are not updated their ok but overall the property and location are good.

The hotel is fairly large and very comfortable. It is located within close proximity to many stores and restaurants which is very convenient. My overall experience was great, however, there are a couple things that could be better. The front desk staff was not as friendly as I had hoped. No smiles, no greetings and very little eye contact. They felt very rigid and rushed. The pool area was not as clean as one would expect. The pool was full of tree leaves and it wasn’t cleaned during the time I was there. Also, they don’t have a lifeguard.

Completely disappointed with the lack of resonance and hospitality that wasn’t provided my whole weekend. I asked for be placed in a quiet room and I was put in a room right next to the pool where kids were screaming , a loud side street that had cards racing all night and there was a tree overhanging my balcony with screeching birds. I attempted to contact management during normal business hours to either remove rooms or provider alternative solutions and no one responded me during my entire trip. The most ridiculous interaction occurred when I checked out and informed management that no one responded to me and the told me “oh we don’t have someone to work on the weekend to respond to Expedia requests.” I never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have 24 hour service and the hospitality was so low that I’ll never be back. Truly unbelievably disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen other people.

Staff are great, from the minute you check in, when I go park my car they are all great. So far I haven’t had any negative experience, and the room are always clean.

La habitación que pedí no me la dieron éramos tres personas al final nos dieron una con un sillón cama y dos camas no había ropa de cama extra solo una botella de agua, el teléfono no servía para hablar a servicio al cuarto

Excelente personal, muy atentos, y encantada de recuperar una prenda olvidada en área de alberca, que se agradece mucho; lo recomiendo mucho para pasar el fin de semana en familia o con amigos ya que está ubicado en zona de restaurantes y bares, además cuenta con su restaurante muy reconocido aquí en la ciudad.

Sólo que al hacer check in no estaba lista mi habitación pero me dieron una buena solución !!

Breakfast It has a variety of dishes. Polite staff in the bar. I stayed in the newest tower—which isn't all that new anymore, though the rooms are better maintained—but it costs more than a standard room. I hope they start maintaining the other rooms better. Even so, it is a good hotel to stay at.

Primera vez quedandonos aqui y seguro volvemos, la tarifa y estancia estuvo super y a mis hijos les encanto el hotel y cuarto.

Todo muy bien y el personal muy amable, definitivamente volveremos pronto.
