Nice stay for family, beds a little soft on mattress

Great hotel and some of the best breakfast I’ve had at hotel. And it was included!!! The pool was great and the staff was awesome and very friendly.

Parking, while convenient, is pretty tight. Need more spaces when full. Had to park pretty far from front and no spaces near room. My biggest complaint is the pillows. Not at all comfortable! Made it difficult to sleep.

Great stay! The check-in was smooth, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff was very friendly. Everything was excellent!

Terrible service

Customer service was brilliant

We booked a suite and another room for my working vacation trip to NOLA. I was accompanied by my family of 6. We couldn't expect a better stay than what we got at Hampton Inn in Elmwood. The suite room was spacious with a bed room and a separate living room with two TVs, Sofas, dining table, Fridge, Microwave, lots of counter space, and the rooms were neat, and clean. The bathroom was pretty standard and wish that the water pressure in the shower was better. This was the only slight inconvenience we had. The hotel staff was so accommodating about all our needs and was very courteous at all times. The pool was nice and my kids enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was decent and we had breakfast everyday during our 4 day stay. The great aspect about the location was that it was near the shopping and restaurants area at walkable distance which was very convenient. The parking and internet was free! I would definitely prefer this hotel over the so called 4 and 5 star ones that try to nickel and dime every one for everything along with horrible services. To give you a great example of this hotel's customer first attitude, they reached out to us promptly when we forgot our 'fire stick' in the room and mailed it to us. Kudos to the housekeeping staff as well! Overall, highly satisfied with my stay at Hampton Inn, Elmwood/Clearview Pkway, in NOLA.

Clean, up to date and nice bed

Had an issue with the plumbing in the sink, reported and within an hour maintenance was there to assist. However it turned into a major problem. Front desk contacted me to move to another room just down the hall and even upgraded my room choice at no charge . Amazing service and great front desk staff. Kara and Crystal get major commendations for their customer service .

Great location and always a great place to stay. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is great.
