They were doing renovations, which meant that there was very limited parking, a lot of dust, and we had to go to the adjacent hotel for breakfast. Our room and the pool/hot tub were fine.

You should just close during construction. Your nuts, - no parking - noise - dusty - no breakfast area. I'm sure its also taking you longer to try and do both rooms and construction. Get with it Bill

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was under construction, so the dining area was closed and half the parking was taken up by construction materials, so I had to park in another hotel’s parking lot. No one disclosed the construction during booking. It was noisy inside (walls are thin) and outside the hotel (right next to the freeway). I had to ask a young woman to not talk on her phone outside my room in the hall at 11pm because it sounded like she was in my room.

Close access to the airport and shuttle to airport.

Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Normally I love the beds/pillows. Remodeling was a little bit of a pain to navigate.

The property was under renovation, I did not know this when I made my reservation. The pool area was closed due to the renovations but you did have the option of using the hotel next doors pool. The room was very spacious and nice. My pillow was way to full/firm, requested a different pillow and they brought me one within 10 minutes. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This is under construction right now. The pool, hot tub, weight room and elevator are not able to be used. The first room they have us smelled so strong of BO we had to request another room. They were great and reassigned us to the 3rd floor. The room was in better condition but it was a hassle to climb 3 flights with all our luggage.

Dirty, hot tub out of order which the main reason I booked there and not somewhere else. No notice of it out of order when booking.

This hotel is very convenient to the Boise airport. In Feb 2025, an uber to downtown cost about $10. The airport shuttle back to the airport runs once/hour and was fine. The free breakfast was basic but good. The hotel is a bit run-down, with frayed carpets in the room and an extremely frayed armchair. The hotel is reporting that they are in the midsts of renovations.

This was nicely close to the airport. Plenty of food nearby. Staff was awesome.

Returning home from family reunion. Stopped in Boise for the evening, had a great stay, refreshing hotel, pleasing staff. Would recommend this hotel for those looking for good value.

Unfriendly staff, hotel needs an upgrade.

We stayed there for one night. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was average. The decor, furniture, rooms could use an update as they look to be approaching 20 years. Nothing seemed grossly dirty or falling apart. Our only complaint was that the pool was ice cold. In fact it was really too cold to stay in it for long.

They didn't have our room ready till 5:30 and I couldn't get ready for a family event. The breakfast was done early and staff was eating while they were au possoed to be making food. They gave us a room with a light out and they promise a 50 dollar refund for the inconvenience but they didn't intill the company send a review and I stated what happen they wave our stay and refunded the whole amount paid
