Vi har brugt Hotellet i de sidste par år og har altid været meget tilfredse med det hele. Hjælpsomme ansatte og store rene værelser med kaffe/te muligheder, et godt køleskab og for mig, var det specielt dejligt med et badekar. Virkelig dejligt afslappende efter en lang dag i byen. Hotellet ligger kun 5 min fra Hansa Vietel som er et dejligt shopping område med lækre cafeer og butikker. Man får også en parkerings kupon til hotels Parkings garage, så jeg fik sparet noget. Det eneste jeg synes det var lidt træls var elevatorerne, der er nok 6 af dem, men ikke alle er sat til funktion og der kan være meget trængsel om formiddagen til morgenmad og udtjekning. Og vandbeholderen i fitness studio var tømt. Men det har også været nogle meget varme dage. Jeg kan varmt anbefale hotellet derfor 5 ⭐ fra mig

Water provided only on the first day. This is a minus as in most countries, water is provided everyday.

Obviously a business hotel, but I was here on a short trip to Hamburg with my daughter. We booked a room with a view and got a room on the 23rd floor, however the view angle was quite limited by the building itself. The view we could see was excellent! The room was very nice however lacking cleaning in some minor important areas - the area by the window for example. On the plus side the television has built in Chromecast - a very nice touch for a family on the go. Breakfast was very good with nice variety and the possibility of ordering pancakes and omelettes among other things. Lastly the hotel staff should be mentioned. They were very good at talking to my 5-year old daughter and make her feel seen!

If you expect the same standard of staff, effeciency, breakfast variety, generosity and quality as in Scandinavian hotels you will be disappointed. We spent 30 minutes on the check in procedure and 10 on the check out - self check-in and -out wasn't possible. If you arrive late at night with three kids and are stressed by dysfunctional transports when leaving these things matters. No extra pillows, blankets or towels on the room and no extra toiletpaper-rolls. However clean, quiet and comfortable beds.

I enjoyed the breakfast and had a very pleasant stay.

Great Location,Very Clean Amazing Rooms,staff was very Helpful from when I arrived with being in a van which didn’t fit in the underground parking.They Quickly sorted a spot in front of the Hotel.Check In was very Good no waiting and very friendly.Would definitely stay again.

It was simply wonderful: Nice room with a fantastic view. Everything perfect.

Nice hotel located only 5 min walk to the center. Staff at the reception is very nice and we had a fast check-in. Breakfast is really good, the staff is polite and they keep the restaurant clean at all times. The room we had was on 18 floor with a lot of light into the room - really nice. However the day of the check-out the elevators did not work, so we along with many other guests had to walk down the emergency exit, which was a horrible experience. No instructions from the hotel so some guests ended up in the kitchen area others ran to find some exits - that should have been handled much better from the hotel. Elderly people did not have a chance to get down.
