Excellent for families!!!

Accessibility, quietness, and cleanliness. However, it was disappointing that we couldn’t even watch basic sport channel as there was nothing available unless you pay for it.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and very convenient accessible location. Appreciated the free parking

We would go back! Love the amenities & restaurants. Walking distance to the lake & of course golf course. Great stay- the only complaint- never had a room cleaned.

I couldn’t ask for a better hotel with all the amenities, including pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge , quiet room, and restaurant on site

This was a great overall experience for our family with two small children (5 1/2 and 2 1/2 year olds). The property was clean, the service was wonderful by front desk staff, cleaning staff, and anyone we encountered. The on-site restaurant was great to have and did poolside delivery which was perfect to have food delivered while we were at the pool all day. We could even take back to the room while our youngest napped. Pool and hot tub were a hit, and our daughter loved the fire pit and yard game options. If there was one thing missing, I would just say more of a little guest convenient store or little market in there would have been perfect. Being from a different area (and country), hopping in the car to drive even across the road is wasn’t something I was comfortable to do, so unless we were all going out to explore, we had to DoorDash everything or try to remember to pick up from Walmart while in town. Having a small “store” or even vending machine for small snacks or sundries would have been perfect.

We have been coming here for years and always have a great stay at the Balcomo.

Housekeeping are starting to offload their duties to guests so be prepared to line your own garbage cans as they won’t, which doesn’t seem very hygienic to me and I wasn’t impressed. Maybe next they’ll just leave the vacuum cleaner at the door for guests to use too😉

We have stayed here 3 times and love the area around the pool,sauna, hot tub and outdoor restaurant. This time we stayed in the tower and had a nice balcony overlooking Penticton Golf Course. The property is clean and very well maintained and the bedding, towels, and robes in the room are of a very high quality. The staff were friendly and professional. We will return.

We'll be back next year! Great location, great outdoor amenities. Room was very clean and had a lot of space, the outdoor pool/hot tub/sauna/cold plunge was our favorite part.

A little out of the way to walk to the restaurants on Okanagan Lake but a decent location if you use your car. Room nice and AC worked well. Room could have used a safe..it did have a small fridge and a coffeemaker

I will return! Staff was professional and helpful! Parking felt very secure to me. The room was well stocked with towels and immaculate! I used the workout room on a rainy day - all equipment was working. This property, including the pool and hot tub are very well maintained. Even though this hotel is on the main road coming in, road noise was not a factor (actually didn’t hear a thing). Conveniently located for walking, cycling and golf. Can’t say a bad word about this place!

The room is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help. The specific room we stayed in has a full kitchen that is fully stocked and very usable. The bath products and bathroom set up was very lovely as well! We'd definitely want to stay here again.

I love how the property was so well maintained. It was very relaxing and so close to the lakefront.. within walking distance. Will stay here again.
